My experience was good! This is because although the equipment arrived faulty the response to this was immediate and the matter was attended to with care.
Purchased a hercules impulse 500 dj controller after seeing so many reviews, can't fault the quality of the product and as for the service ten out of ten first time purchase and was impressed to say the least, was the only dj store in the UK to offer clearpay which in these uncertain times is a great help. Well done all round 🙂
