i got an item with a slight defect and it's been a nightmare so far getting this sorted out i feel if i didn't contact them again and again they would just leave the issue i had to keep sending emails barely got a reply or got told whom ever was dealing with my issue is away i then got emailed late at night once saying it would be best for me to call in and i stated the hours i work would be near impossible and they have just not gotten back to me offered no kind of partial refund or anything thought i'd give them a try but stick would be the last time sadly id tell people to stick to the music store you know are good sadly i feel nothing will come of this at all cant respond to the reply but i can edit mine if i could show the difference between what they type on trust pilot vs my emails its almost funny and the way they are wording it .. ive had to go out of my way to chase this i contacted you the moment i opened it no compensation offered and on here your saying we will happily collect it from anywhere and replace it yet im not being offered much on the email? cmon guys any other company would pay for my time wasted you guys trying to contact the manufactures and involving me is a joke theres a lifetime warranty i can do that myself and prob get a replacement part alot faster at this point but what is the Djshop going to do ? besides have be stressed saying what happened on here this all could have been prevented with good customer service

First, after researching the item I was seeking to purchase online -- which I already knew was a quality product -- The DJ Shop offered the brand at a better price than other platforms, including Amazon, eBay, etc. Second, their order process was straightforward and quick. And options for delivery were appreciated. Third, their emails after purchase helped ease any anxieties about ordering online from a first-time seller or platform user.
