I have a great experience with Dj shop over the new product bought Rane four Dj controllers with stem. There services really exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated the excellent customer service i received from the company's support team, who responded promptly to my inquiries and resolved my issues with an excellent response towards the product.

The DJ Shop has a wide range from beginners to professionals, with the online experience made better by the easy to navigate website which allows you to research each product. Checkout was straightforward with no surprises, even when applying finance. Delivery was made earlier than stated which was excellent and each item was accounted for. My purchase of the Pioneer PLX-500’s with the DJM 250 mk2 was fairly priced, very stable direct drive turntables which I recommend for new starters or those rekindling former skills of beat mixing.

Since starting to DJ seriously in 2016 I have purchased all of my controllers from The DJ Shop. I found them online and in all my dealings with them it has just been like speaking to a local shop. The staff are always helpful and informative with them clearly sharing a passion for the craft. My latest purchase has been a Pioneer FLX10. I received a call from an excited member of the team who wanted to arrange delivery as it had arrived into stock. It was refreshing to speak to someone who was just as excited as me about the release of new Pioneer equipment.
