What made my experience great was the delivery time was spot on and was delivered as expected,the customer service was very helpful on letting me know my status of my headphones and the expected delivery date. Ordered a set of Mackie Bluetooth in ear monitors (Mackie MP-220 BTA Bluetooth In-Ear Monitors) from this shop they arrived after being drop shipped to me after a few days. They are absolutely terrible and a waste of money!!! They distort at low levels and u can hardly hear them. I tried a few different platforms all the same and even used them wired up with same results terrible sound quality and low level distortion. They are not a professional item and are not fit for purpose. I contacted the shop via email as these were ordered online. I’d rather keep my communication via a digital format also this is my preferred method of communication as I find telephone calls difficult. All I’ve received is emails from a personal email address telling me to call a number and I was badgered for a few days with phone calls. I just wanted to return a faulty item, this was made as difficult as possible!! Until a problem arose these guys were great but I’m now stuck with 200£ ear phones that are useless!!! Please think twice before buying anything from them
