Ordered a controller last friday for Saturday delivery. Still waiting for it. This is in no way The DJ shop's fault and they have been extremely helpful, however i would think twice about using their saturday service if ordering as parcelforce are as much use as chocolate records. Would be a 5 if not for that

Excellent service I ordered 2 Reloop turntables and phoned up the shop to ask a couple of questions beforehand. Both were answered politely even after what seemed like having to walk the length of the shop and come back on both occasions. Which must have been annoying! Both turntables arrived within a couple of days. Plus a local shop to me so reducing the environmental impact on delivery mileage. All round very good shop and people to deal with.

I pre-ordered the DDJ FLX-10 which I knew I would have to wait for however when I got impatient and emailed customer service I would always get a response within a few hours. They even called me when the product was being shipped to give me the good news. When shipped the product arrived next day as per my order.
We ordered a mixing desk & Adam. Speaker, the shop when we called to ask a question were extremely helpful & threw in some free cables.
