would be 3 stars if I didn't have to remind you about my refund. I ordered a stand without noticing it was out of stock, didn't get any upgrade for 3 months. I have canceled the purchase and asked for a refund. after 3 weeks of waiting I had to ask again for my money back. Sorry, IT looks wery poor to me.

Absolutely outstanding service, I pre-ordered a FLX 10 and got it a 2 month after ordering which compared to other shops is brilliant. My only criticism is having to pay for next day delivery with a order total of £1400 I understand not every shop can supply free next day delivery but a discount on shipping would be nice £9 is a lot of money for next day delivery. But the amazing customer service and the speed of getting the FLX 10 made up for it.

The arrangement of finance was easy and the delivery was quick - although the delivery company seemingly ignored my note asking them to telephone me as I was 2 minutes away and left the order on a wet doorstep in the rain. I thought that I had a fault with one of the decks and spoke to a member of staff who was most helpful about how to go about arranging a return . Luckily the fault has seemingly sorted itself and has not returned, though I was informed that if it did return within a year I could restart the repair/returns process.
