I leave the review only now unfortunately they blocked me 2 Piooner Xdj700 and the Flightcase for 15 days at customs in Italy .... these products can be found in other countries. I had to pay for customs clearance so I warn the Italians in case they also make purchases. Very serious and fast company recommended.
They do not respond to emails, or it takes a few days to reply.

I had previously phoned the DJ shop to get some advice and they were most helpful. The Pioneer DJM 250 Mk 2 matched my requirements. The service was friendly with good communication throughout and delivery in quick timescale.

EDIT 2- Sam called from the DJ shop at about 4.30 after picking up my latest email. His colleague dealing with the matter was off so he'd reviewed it and resolved straight away. Sam promised another unit would be delivered the next day via DPD. I'm pleased to say it arrived the next morning, 16 hours after he made the promise. Thank you Sam. ‐---------------------------------- EDIT- The controller was faulty, not the DJ Shops fault I know. However, after returning it over 2 weeks ago, no resolution has been offered and I'm having to chase them for info, of which I get little. ‐---------------------------------------- This is the first time I've used The DJ Shop, but I've saved the website to my favourites and will be using them again without a doubt. I was looking for the Reloop Mixon 8 Pro, but none of my usual local dealers had it in stock and were quoting early July for stock. I found the DJ Shop had it in stock according to their website so ordered it at about 2pm. The unit was dispatched within 90 minutes and delivered at 8am the following day. Brilliant service as was updated with progress and tracking info so would recommend to anyone wanting a fast and efficient service. The Reloop Mixon 8 Pro is an upgrade to my home setup but would satisfy any mobile event with its connectivity options. It sounds great and opens up a world of creativity with its features, I've not even scratched the surface yet. I chose Reloop as my old setup had a Numark Mixtrack Pro 3 with 2 Reloop Neons. The build quality of Neons is excellent and the feel compared to the Numark made me look at the Mixon Pro 8. The features are equal to other brands priced much higher. Couldn't be happier with my purchase, especially as I had a new customer discount of £25.
