I recently ordered a dubler 2 which was out of stock …… not a problem for theses amazing guys I sent an email in a Sunday afternoon to ask about when it would be back In stock and to my amazement I got a reply the same day . Then to top this whole experience even more my item was delivered two days later . First time buy from DJ store and most definitely not going to be the last . Ordered pioneer headphones using the clearpay option,paid for next day delivery, apparently I missed the cut off by minutes, however my confirmation email says different. Then i was told that they had sold out the day I ordered and I couldn’t get them until the stock arrived the next week, was told I couldn’t be refunded for the delivery charge of ten pounds unless I cancelled my order via clearpay!! Would have taken that on the chin…only stock didn’t arrive next week, or the next week or the next!! Waited just shy of a month to receive them!! Next day delivery charge on £300 pounds headphones was in my opinion a joke, but I didn’t even get a sorry for your ridiculous wait!! Utter shambles and I will not be buying from them again, would advise anyone to check they actually have the items prior to ordering as they musy be making a fortune from the postage charge for goods they don’t have!!

I place a order for a controller, speaker and headphones with all the leads etc which was in stock however when I got my order e-mail it was out of stock. This took a few weeks to come then to find out the headphone then were out of stock. The service wasn't bad at all tho they always replied to e-mail and answer the phone.
When I called up they was really helpful and polite
