Bad customer service. If you need warranty they book an appointment for a "day" but cannot give you any estimated time until the day before. If you "reschedule" two times they close the case and will not address your problem. My problems started with my new chair within 3 months of purchase, after they order the wrong part twice and of course waisted two days of my time, it was 7 months later before the repair was completed. It was then fixed 2 more times (same problem) when I called the 3rd time they stated my warranty was over....after stating the obvious they wanted to repair again and I stated t the repair person stated it cannot be fixed it's the design. I initiated them to contact the co. and I could then exchange it for a new chair but at the purchase price...I went in and was not willing to pay more again for another chair so I kept the one I have. They will never get another penny from me. They gave me $100 refund, very sad since the co. would reimburse them in full. I asked that a service manager call me and my email received no reply and I received no call. They were good years ago but must have grown too much to know who made them who they are!
We bought a very expensive fridge top of the line LG when they delivered the people who unloaded the truck had trouble taking the doors off so they couldn't get the fridge in the house so it sat in the garage my wife was very upset called teppermans and even went there to resolve this issue I've got to say on Monday shelley went obove and beyond to make sure this was fixed Mike the warehouse manager came by and took the doors off and brought the fridge in like a pro that he is thanx to mike ,shelley and management at teppermans you came through thanx again....mike and karen. Kitchener location....
We took delivery of a sofa August 9, 2019. There was a quality problem with 3 of the matching pillows so I contacted customer care who confirmed the claim and indicated a 6-8 week waiting period for delivery of replacement pillows. Delivery would be right to my house. Between August 9 and October 24 I followed up many times with Customer care representatives MacKenzie 4-5 times and Jennifer 2 times to inquire as to when pillows would arrive. Nobody seemed to be able to tell me. October 24 called customer care again and spoke to Proveen, CCare Manager. Proveen indicated pillows Shipped 15 August from overseas. Proveen said to be patient and said to wait 2 more weeks and they would be delivered for sure. November 8 - It’s now 13 weeks since we reported the pillow claim and still no pillows. Called Proveen again. Proveen says they have an ETA of November 16 with delivery to me. November 19 - now 14 weeks and no pillows. Called Proveen again. Was told he was In a meeting and would call me back when he’s out of his mtg. Never called me back. November 22 - called at 10 am again to speak with Proveen and was told Proveen not in yet but should be in around noon. Left voice message on his machine indicating still no pillows and asked that he return my call. As of the writing of this review I have still not heard back from him. This is totally unacceptable customer service. They don’t follow up on customer claims. They don’t return calls when they say they will and appear not to know how to deal with customers in a professional way. Bottom line is we still have no pillows and no idea if we ever will. Will likely never buy from Teppermans again as a result of this experience.
We dealt with Alberto M. in the appliance division at the Kitchener store. He was excellent in terms of product knowledge, helping us take best advantage of current offers and customer service as questions and a few complications (at our end) arose pre-delivery. Delivery people were very obliging also. First class experience all around.
Even though my delivery was delayed a bit the service was excellent and my product is amazing
The delivery guys knocked two hooks off of my front chandelier as they were bringing the sofa in I called three weeks later I still haven't heard back from anybody really really bad customer service I would never shop there again
Purchased a bed frame, looked great on display. However, it was the floor model and perhaps receiving a modest discount made me excited about it. This was short lived once it was delivered. Taken apart, most likely by someone who’s blind. Thus trying to assemble it made it virtually impossible. No hardware, broken pieces, no instructions. I put it together with some help from the internet. But finding after a month that this was a lemon for a bed frame. Perhaps brand new it would be good. I will definitely hard look at the items I am purchasing from here in the future. Plus they forgot my pillows for my couch and then called me to pick them up.
We always have great service. Delivery guys are great.
Bought twin beds for my daughters and when they arrived one was scratched up and a thin layer of the wood came off with the paint.

My sales person was the best. However my experience with the first 2 delivery people put me off to where I will never deal with u again. Spending over 10000$ was a bad idea with your company.
Confusion regarding the Outlet! Got a letter about a sale at Teppermans but when I went was told the sale didn’t apply to the Outlet! I complained, brought in the letter and got my discount! Very misleading advertising even though I was told that they did say that in the fine print which needed a magnifying glass to read it!

No follow up when I was told to expect one. No filter in fridge and instead of them bringing one to me, I had to go out of my way to pick it up ( which wasn’t convenient), I had to go of my way to rush and pick it up. Dent in fridge that was not identified when I purchased it.
