From the information I had about the 2 day Train the Trainer course I was expecting it to be good. I was not disappointed, the objectives of the course were met, the content was very interesting and relevant and Scott the trainer made the 2 days fun and interesting. I came away having enjoyed the course very much and took away a lot of information, tips and advice that I can now use in my place of work. As a result I am more confident at facilitating courses than I was before I attended. Thank you Scott.

I would highly recommend Target Training to anyone who is looking to better themselves at being a trainer, I went on this course feeling anxious not knowing what to expect but the second i was greeted by Scott i felt at ease. Scott looks at each individual in much detail to determine there weaknesses and strengths to determine the best way to help you. Before i went on this course i had very little confidence or training experience but after 2 days with Scott teaching me lots of new techniques and giving me lots of fantastic advice/guidance i can honestly say i have walked away a very confident trainer. I intend on continuing to use everything Scott taught me to keep on bettering myself. You get a great sense of achievement when you walk away from the classroom knowing what you have just learnt and done, and i owe Scott a huge thankyou for that!

Great training, a lot packed into 2 days but Ralphs` enthusiasm and training method really inspire you to stay engaged. The content was great and I learnt some really useful skills that will improve the training courses that I present going forward.

Having been introduced to Claire through a mutual contact, I can truly say her knowledge is second to none. Over the last five months we shared a coaching journey that took me from an extremely dark place, with no light at the end of the tunnel, to reasserting myself in my personal and professional life, with clear direction in both. I took the Course, 'Developing Courage,' with Claire when I was at a major crossroads in my life, not knowing which way to turn and being gripped by the fear of making poor choices. The process of working with her was liberating. Claire’s vast experience and knowledge made it possible for her to shape the course to fit my needs exactly. Her listening skills are unparalleled and she was able to detect and bring to the surface the key issues which I hadn’t been aware of while I was in my paralysing fog. This course works because she never tells you what to do; she enables you to figure it out for yourself how to create a path and how to deal with new work/life challenges in a positive and pragmatic way. It was always easy to schedule convenient sessions and the remote set-up was highly professional. We all need a reset at certain points in our lives and the 'Developing Courage' course is a great place to start that process.

The best training I have ever had! I loved every minute of this training and learned so much about myself and my colleagues. Hope we get to do a follow up soon to continue our journey with the myers-briggs and how it can benefit our team and future client visits.

The only 'train the trainer' I'd recommend! I have done countless of these over the years having been leading learning and engagement teams and none come close to this. This absolutely nails the core technical skills and approaches required for great trainers beyond 'concept' and can make a real difference to the people you want to invest in to be great. I have been training and leading learning teams for ten years plus and as a participant myself I felt totally engaged, challenged, motivated, stretched and equipped by the end of the 2 days (advanced train the trainer course). This is by a mile one of the best training courses I have attended in 20 years. I do not say this lightly, nor am I exaggerating. Having done the train the trainer course the last two days, I have come back to my office and completely reimagined all the training decks I have produced for my job. Some I have just started again from scratch. There were so many great takeaways from the course, lots of opportunities to interact and ask questions. Ralph was an absolute pleasure to meet.
