I recently attended a 2 day course with Claire, and have nothing but positive things to say! I completed the two day PTT Train the Trainer course with Ralph and can honestly say it's one of the best courses I've ever been on. Recently delivered a team dynamics course to my team, well delivered suitably paced and great adaption to keep a colleague, isolating due to COVID, engaged throughout

Training courses always fill me with dread, however this was not one of them at all! It was so relaxed and relatable that it felt like you were chatting with friends. Like many people after 30 plus years in my working life I am always aware that there is plenty to learn in life, however, I was empowered by the fantastic training given by Scott and Target Training. I went into the course feeling reserved as previous courses I’ve done haven’t left me with a great impression but the Target Training course was second to none. Scott was absolutely brilliant and the course material matched that. Eye opening experience and I genuinely have taken so much from my two days that will really enable to me thrive in my work environment. I Cannot recommend them enough or begin to praise them enough.

I highly recommend the 2 day Coaching Skills Course, it was brilliant. Claire was fantastic, she put me at ease straight away as I was particularly nervous to begin with. She taught in such a way that was easy to grasp, interesting, fun and really made the 2 days totally worth while - I came away feeling like I'd learnt loads!
