I really enjoyed the Train the Trainer two day course and would recommend it to anyone who has to present training no matter in what capacity. Ralph is an excellent trainer; his enthusiasm, motivation and experience are obvious from the start. You will not believe how much you can learn in just two days; the skills appear simple and are easy to use but, with practice, will vastly improve your ability as a trainer.

What 2 days!!! I have had many training opportunities throughout my 25-year career as a Chartered Surveyor – however, these 2 days were above and beyond all training I have previously experienced. Claire is a skilled professional who tailors, reacts and flexes her training. The best investment of time I have made – wholly recommend anyone considering a coaching course, I am hooked and will be exploring this skill set further as it is invaluable for anyone with line management responsibilities – or who simply wants to review themselves and their own behaviours. I feel refreshed, renewed and raring to go with coaching as a new skill – thanks Claire and Ralph , what I have learnt will not only project others in their careers it will enable me to progress renewed skills within myself. I want to put these new skills into practice – however, I will be back for more training with Claire in 2023 ……… FIVE STARS +

I wasn't sure what to expect when i was told i would be attending this training however it exceeded all expectations. Scott is a fantastic trainer and made the course fun and he had all of us super engaged at all times. Everyone learned so much and was able to apply this knowledge to their work straight away. The group often refer to the training when working on projects as all the information really stuck and i can still hear Scotts voice now!

Outstanding Training.. I can be a bit of an eye roller on training courses as I find lots of trainers can be patronising, they don’t read the intelligence of the room, and they use aids like powerpoint way too much. I wanted to do a train the trainer course as it’s a requirement for my business, and I have to say, I am pleased I chose Target Training. Ralph, and his associate Scott, truly care about their delegates. Whilst he applied a lot of pressure to ensure he got the best out of us, he did so in a structured and dynamic way that meant I was constantly challenged, but in a safe environment. I cannot believe the difference in my competence as a trainer in just two short days. This organisation is professional and credible, and I highly recommend them.

Scott is an amazing trainer and extremely engaging from the very beginning of the 2 day training course. He made the course very fun from beginning to end and their was lots of interactive exercises throughout which really helped boost the learning taken from the course. Scott really focused on working individuals as well as a group which felt really personal and that he was going that extra mile. Overall one of the best training courses I have attended and would certainly recommend.

Very enjoyable 2 days training, Scott is a fantastic trainer and put you right at ease and was great at explaining how best to approach or tackle all scenarios and aspects of training to take this forward. Would highly recommend Target Training for those wishing to do the train the trainer course.

I've been part of Claire's Mind Shift programme for 3 months now and I've got to say that it's been a remarkably positive growth experience. I told her I feel like I'm ripping her off due to its great value for money! It has engaging bitesize content, access to a friendly community and options for personal coaching (although the group calls are really useful). I look forward to her releasing new content each month and I have learnt so much in such a short space of time. I highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to learn about themselves and also develop in professional and personal settings. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

The Mind Shift Coaching programme is a great way to have fun but also get some real targeted group coaching. It gives access to video and self reflective material that really does make you think. Claire is an extremely good coach and the programme is well put together. Highly recommended and if you get the chance - just do it!

Claire's mind shift program has been terrific and self-rewarding. The topics are very relevant to improve my mindset, personal challenges and approach to coaching. Claire's coaching style is professional, genuine and inspiring. I love the combination of online modules with live interactive coaching sessions. Lots of great learning in her programs.
