This was a very positive experience. Product was everything we had hoped it would be. Very simple to assemble with easy to follow instructions. Had very quick response time to questions asked. We are delighted with the urban studio that Summerwood designed, built, and installed for us. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the installation was delayed because they initially forgot to order the custom doors. Fortunately, they caught the error while they were assembling materials at the factory and contacted us to change the installation dates -- it would have been worse if the installers had brought the wrong doors. The quality of the construction is very good and the installation crew was very professional.

Excellent product great quality. Terrific staff and service. Very knowledgeable. After I designed my structure online and submitted, Summerwood then followed up live and took me through the structure in detail to ensure what a created was what I wanted. We actually made a few changes that saved me some money. This team knows what it is doing. I bought pre-assembled. The kit I received was as promised and instructions very clear. The product looks great but the boards were bowed so there are large gaps which had to be filled with caulking. It wasn't just one or two boards there were a lot of boards that were bowed. As we are not insulating/drywalling the shed we want to minimize insects from getting in. Summerwood also gave me a date and when I called the day before to know when the delivery window was they said it wouldn't be delivered and they were behind schedule. It was delivered a week later. I don't have a problem with that except I had a contractor lined up. I shouldn't have called- they should have informed me prior to one day before scheduled delivery.

Summerwood Product staff provided excellent direction prior to purchase with respect to in the preparation of the foundation as well as other important details. The schedule was on time for delivery and installation. The installation itself was done as scheduled, finished on time and with no delays. The clean up at the end was spotless, they even took stuff I thought I would have to get rid of. Their original price quote was accurate with no extra or additional charges. Comments we have had on the bunky have been nothing short of spectacular. I highly recommend Summerwood products, a very professional organization. Very satisfied customer. Bob and Kathy Thompson
