Great product, great help from the staff, assembly instructions were clear and complete. The quality of the lumber was excellent and cut to exact measurements. The shed visually enhances our property and we make a lot of use of it. We needed some more siding a couple of years after the shed was built to build a small locker, the support staff were more than helpful in so arranging.

Great product! It was fun to design my little art studio online and then make it a reality. Summerwood folks were helpful every step of the way.

Would highly recommend using Summerwood for pre-fabricated structures, the quality is excellent, well thought out and very functional. Additionally, they supported my contractor's questions and concerns with consistency and experience based knowledge on how to solve problems that came up before and during the assembly process. Structure is still in excellent condition almost four years after installation and could not be happier.

No issues...delivered what they said they would, on time. Quality materials, on line help when we needed a few questions answered.

Summerwood was very professional at all stages of managing our order. We had good advice and suggestions for ventilation options responsive communication and a detailed quote. We found that it was helpful to design our shed online and then save the design so that ideas can be easily shared and revised. Our shed was constructed by Summerwood and the carpenter was excellent.

We love the finished product and appreciate the way Summerwood walked us through the process. Looking forward to using our new shed/studio for years to come. Seeing the Urban Studio in our backyard brings the realization of the value we added to our property. We would like to give a big thank you to the installation crew who did an awesome and professional job of completing the project along with the logistics and design team who were on top of every detail.

Took too long to receive, the shipping process was stressful and chaotic with continued changes to delivery time/day and the threat of $100 an hour if the truck has to wait on us, (and while the driver couldn’t “help us” he certainly asked my husband to help him move products for other customers from the back of his truck to the front), even more disappointing us that half of our instructions missing (nothing for roof or porch assembly) so we are in the middle of the project and have to stop until someone at summerwood gets back to us, no hardware to attach the porch railing and posts, and when we called the “support line” which is represented as available 7 days a week, no one answered, rather was sent to someone’s voicemail. Disappointing because the product itself is really nice.

Every one was very helpful from the time i was ordering till the time i was finishing the build. Every step of the way everyone was there to help and give advice when needed. The quality of the product was first rate. Thanks again for everything. Brian M Santa Rosa, California

We absolutely love our new Summerwoood bunkie but unfortunately cannot say the same about the buying experience. We ordered a model very similar to the show model and were really surprised to receive the show model - without the changes we had requested. When we let the salesperson know of the mistake, he insisted that the mistake was ours, that we had in fact ordered the show model. After much frustrating back and forth, we did get a small rebate from the owner. Great product, not a great sales experience!

Love our new shed! Could have lived in it before all the tools and garden stuff went back in. Crew was great, job done in timely manner. Very happy. Hoping no more trees fall over in storms to wreck new replacement! ,

The experience with Summerwood was excellent. Only issue is having to send photos to get the warranty, which has been difficult based on the location of the shed. Also was not able to stain until early May even though the shed was installed in November/December

Very satisfied with the quality of the product and how it was packaged and delivered. We had professionals assemble our 8x12 shed and they were amazed at the quality of the product and how easily it was assembled.

Great product. Installation is not as easy as mentioned in the literature. I highly recommend hiring a professional carpenter to install.

My shed is beautiful. Beyond beautiful -- it's the centerpiece of my backyard. (Yes, it sports a copper roof.) I love it. And I love Summerwood. The online design process was fantastic, and the customer service was exceptional. My husband chatted with a Summerwood staffer who answered questions about construction on a Sunday during his daughter's hockey tournament. (Sorry about that.) The personal help was amazing, but the written instructions were not always clear. However, the lack of the fifth star is mostly due to the estimate to build the darn thing -- 19 man hours?!?? Not even close. Over the weekends we spent building our shed, we could only attribute the estimate to Canadian know-how and competence. Justin Trudeau could have built this shed in his sleep. (Our northern neighbors are so very, very lucky.) So, bottom line: The shed is gorgeous, loved, magnificent. The Summerwood staff is superb. Your Prime Minister is awesome. The written instructions were OK. I don't know if I would have taken on this project if I had known exactly how difficult it would be (for us) to build it. But I am sure glad we did.
