I ordered one of their top of the range custom builds that took around 7 weeks to arrive with me. The PC itself is fine now, although we've had some strange teething problems, their support has handled it well. What let's them down is their truly abysmal choice of courier and the fact that it is their ONLY option (to save pennies by the sound of things) and there is absolutely no leeway for special circumstances. I am disabled. The PC is HEAVY. I admit im a technology newbie and had no idea it would be as big and bulky as it is. I cannot lift it and I have no help around. I had to hire someone to lift it upstairs for me. This would be fine, if it wasn't for the fact there was a problem and the PC had to go back to them immediately. I couldn't package it, or lift it to move it. So I spent more money hiring a removals company to package it for me. They had a courier pick it up (courier wouldn't package it or move it) and then for drop off, they 'tried' to find a courier that would take it upstairs for me but concluded it would be too expensive. Better I pay yet again to have it taken upstairs a second time than them eat the cost of aiding a disabled customer after a problem with their build. I have spent an extra total of £400 spread over 3 occasions just to have it moved in my house. I would say if you have physical disability and little very strong help, find someone else who offers room specific delivery. It baffles me a bit that they don't cover this. This PC is almost as heavy as a washing machine (removal companies words) and you wouldn't have an oven or a washing machine dumped and left on your doorstep by delivery people, so why a £5000 PC? Upon returning delivery that's exactly what they did, also, just left it in an open doorway and refused to take it any further so I could close the door (they were on a tight schedule apparently.) They need to rethink their delivery, or flat out tell disabled customers they will need help with heavier builds right off the bat so we can shop with someone that offers better couriers. The ones they are using now are beyond useless.

Great Service and so far a great machine with no issues, I liked their 3 year warranty so I may update this depending on if I have to use it and how they do, but yea so far everything is fine and I'm extremely happy. I'm not technical minded if I had bought all the pc parts separately I wouldn't have saved that much more and the fact that I now don't have to worry about some parts not working with others and I have a 3 year warranty if anything does go wrong, I'm happy I went with a prebuilt and I think I chose the best company for it, it was definitely worth it to me, thanks Stormforce employees.

I ordered it. They delivered it. For what more could I ask? I will not hesitate to buy more.

The computer arrived earlier than expected which was fantastic but there was no communication saying what part of the process they were up to which they said there would be. Also they sent me an email stating the computer had been dispatched after I had actually received it. They need to improve their communication.

Charged for next working day delivery on both my orders yet it took a week to receive my items. Was given no help or apology when contacting customer services. Took a whole month for my invoices/receipts to be emailed to me.

2 RAM sticks lost shipping back for repair. :( Brand new PC bought off amazon for 4500 pounds, spent hours debugging constant BSOD, found 2 bad rams. Contact to arrange a RMA repair, forced by STORMFORCE to bear all responsibility. Only then to be told they didn't receive the ram sticks even Royal Mail clearly shows proof of delivery.

The build process is easy, good value and the final product is excellent. The almost complete lack of communication however is a little bit alarming. The PC took 3 weeks to be delivered, which is fine as I was warned it would be approx this time but I received no updates on it through the process, which given it cost 3k was a bit worrying. Then it just arrived with no warning. No dispatch email, no tracking info, just a knock on the door.

I bought an Stormforce pc a few days ago, and I have nothing to complaint about it, it’s an amazing computer for the one how loves games, super fast, came already assembled I didn’t have to check anything cause was all in the right place , just plug in and set up. 10 out of 10!

The computer was competitively priced and arrived well packed. Very happy with the standard of build and the customer service support during the ordering process.

Excellent hardware and services Although because of some major issue the PC I ordered was returned and refunded, I have to say they sell really good hardware at a reasonable price. Return and refund are also easy and quick.

Great customer experience, there were a few challenges with delivery but importantly stormforce sorted them out and the product itself is great. When I had queries on the product the response was quick and accurate - would use again.

Bought a laptop in the sale at an amazing price. Never used this company before, so I was concerned when I didn't get any updates on delivery or a reply to my email. Finally received my order, just over a week later. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I am over the moon with the service, so far i have not encountered any issue with my pc. I bought the RTX 4090 with the Ryzen 7800X3D and i am delighted with how it is. I recommend stormforce to anyone who doesn't feel like building there own pc. Also the cable management is top notch. I may have only had the pc 4 days but i have encountered no issues.

Like others, I was alittle wary about purchasing something so expensive online without even seeing it. However, my concerns were unfounded. We ordered a bespoke gaming PC for our sons 16th birthday. From start to finish the service was fantastic. We were kept upto date with all aspects of the build and delivery and everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and professional. Super easy to install and get set up and I would not hesitate to recommend this great company. Thank you very much!

After a hectic runaround with being informed ram wasn't in stock, and waiting over 2 weeks for the PC to arrive. The pc arrived and worked flawlessly. Specially a thank you to Sarah who pushed the boat out for me! I do recommend SF, the price for the PC was inimitable! Their ongoing service and assistance is excellent.
