Excellent customer service from start to finish with my order. My computer arrived on time and was built exactly to my specification. Extremely happy with my experience with Stormforce and would highly recommend.

Recently ordered a gaming PC from Stormforce, (2nd August) the build time was estimated at 3-5 working days, The date kept getting pushed back further and further and I was told it would be completed by 18th August, that date came and went and when I rang up, i was informed that the processer had failed and a new once was on order the new date was going to be a week later (which would have taken the build time to a month) There was no communication with me during this time other than the occasions when I had contacted them. Not sure they really care but I can't see how they remain in business with such shoddy practises.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. My son had saved for 2 years to buy a gaming pc. I was trying to help him understand what to buy but hadn't got a clue myself. I saw a stormforce pc on the high street, but when I checked on the stormforce website there were different specs and I was completely confused. So I emailed them. Marc responded immediately with a really long email explaining everything and giving us two options of much better computers than we'd get on the high street for £100 less. Following some correspondence when he answered all of my (undoubtedly very noddy) questions really fulsomely and helpfully, we ordered my son's pc. Then I was dealing with Vicky on the customer service desk who was really proactive and kept me up to date on when it was coming (my son was showing the usual patience and fortitude of the 11 year old who has been waiting for this for 2 years) and they moved heaven and earth to get it to us. I really couldn't have asked for more and feel like if anything goes wrong (it hasn't - everything looks brilliant!) I could contact them and they'd sort it all out for me. It's massive peace of mind, given this is NOT my area at all. It seems that everyone at stormforce loves gaming and really wants to look after you. I couldn't have asked for more.

Just a good easy set up for someone who knows very little about computers. My daughter has already downloaded steam and couldn’t believe how good the set up of the PC was. It’s also completely silent. Very impressed. Only go up was the clear glass proctor on the box was scratched and peeling, but thats just a small thing. Buy with confidence. Purchased through Argos

Fantastic service, ordered late on Tuesday night and delivered Friday afternoon. Packaging was superb and the computer itself is running perfectly. The price for the computer specs were amazing, I could barely build it myself for the price I paid. If you're an amateur like myself, do yourself a favour, have these guys do it for you and have the peace of mind of the warranty. Can't recommend enough!

I recently ordered one of Stormforce's PC 's via a UK catalogue, Very,. When it arrived 1 day late, I paid extra for a faster service, I immediately realised that it was very different to the one I ordered. The rear of the tower completely different to the photos on the online listing and didn't have a Display Port which is one of the things I was especially looking for. After emailing Stormforce they replied saying that the order was correct and did nothing to correct the mistake. I am now searching for other online stores for a PC with Display Ports. I would love to be able to upload the two very different photos of the back of the two tower units for all to see, but sadly I don't think that is possible. Very disappointed to say the least Thank you for your response. If you're able to quote me with the same spec as the Very one but with a Display Port, that would be great.

Easy to set up the PC.

2nd pc from them, was time to upgrade, as always pc is so well built and perfectly tidy. No issues with the pc at all and loving it. Only one downside, was delivered via dpd who must of used outsourced company as in plain white van, guy just dropped it off back onto road and wasn't careful. Luckily stormforce packaged it well enough to withstand stupid dpd. Wouldn't want them delivering my next 3k pc.

Customer service were helpful when discussing part options on the modified prebuilt I purchased. A liquid cooler option was added after expressing concerns on CPU temps which showed the conversation was actually listened to. Purchase was straight forward, as was contact regarding the status of the build. The PC was well built, cable management was superb and packaging was perfect - there was no fear that any parts were damaged in transit. I normally build my own systems but couldn't actually find any reason to when the system I purchased was so well priced, and considering how well they built it I don't regret my choice. 10/10.

Can’t fault Stormforce’s customer service one bit. I ordered a pre build which came with a 550w PSU, I asked for a 750w PSU and paid a little extra. When it arrived, it was equipped with the original PSU so I raised this with them and they acknowledged their error and sent me an even better 850w PSU at no extra cost as way of apology! The PC itself is everything I needed, first gaming PC so they have definitely made it very easy for me. Everything was securely packaged with no damage, cable management was great (a few connectors had come loose but easy enough to pop them back in) I’d highly recommend if you are new to PC gaming, they’ll accompany to your needs and their communication is on point. Took about 1 week to get my rig and was kept updated every step of the way. Will be using again in the future no doubt! Thanks Stormforce!

Excellent customer service! Joe from the Tech support team has gone above and beyond with supporting me fit a graphic card and ensuring that my sons game was working. I brought a Storm Force computer just under 2 years ago. At the time, I just wanted something for my son to play games such as minecraft. However, as he’s got older the games he wants to play are a bit more sophisticated and the graphic card needed to be reviewed. The team at Storm Force was helpful in identifying the best way for me to upgrade my computer without buying a new one. The communication was quick and responsive. Joe even sent me a follow up email to make sure everything was ok. We were still experiencing slight problems, even with the graphic card installed. However, after sharing a screenshot with Joe he pointed us in the right direction. We now have an upgraded PC and a happy child! Thank you so much.
