Fantastic advice from Joe. He went through every possible scenario that could be causing my son to have lag in his game play. He followed our call with an email where he made lots of suggestions that he could try. After we completed the steps we were very pleased how much the performance of his PC had improved. Taking too long - placed an order with them saying ETA 7 to 10 days and still waking nearly 3 weeks. not a happy customer when this was for a birthday present that is now late, I was looking at a different company to buy from but I was recommended stormforce but I wouldn't recommend them. To top this off still not getting a reply from the company when just simply asking for an update on my order,
I placed an order on 19th Nov 23 for a PC, the website stated it would take around 7-10 days for build and delivery of this item, I received an automated email stating that there may be a delay due to a high volume of orders, I completely understand as it was the time of year for it. I waited a while and decided to get in touch with the company via their live chat system on the storm force website, I was told the machine was still in the build phase and should be ready to be shipped between 30th Nov and 4th Dec. I’ve tried to contact the company serval times including today via the live chat system during this new delivery window to no avail, just getting ignored even with leaving my email address. I understand that it’s a busy time of year for companies but I’m still extremely disappointed, it’s a fair bit of money to be down with no updates on the timelines ect. This wasn’t the only system I was looking at and I now wish I would’ve purchased from a different supplier, I’m 90% sure I won’t be a retuning customer. If a refund was a viable option, this close to Christmas and wouldn’t take weeks to sort out that would be a preferable, as I can get a next day delivery PC from another company....

Bought a good spec gaming pc at a great price. Was advised of a 5-7 day delivery timeline but it finally arrived over a week late due to lacking parts. Disappointing to see they were still selling my exact spec on the website and listed as in stock when it wasn't. They did notify me close to my original delivery date that it would be late and provided a £10 steam voucher as compensation which was nice to see and prevented a lower rating. Computer runs well although had issues with the built in Wi-Fi card but this may be a known issue with them. Otherwise very happy, great build quality and well packaged.

Well built PC, without the extra bloatwear that often comes with a pre built PC. Extra benefit that the pre installed software that was on the pc could be easily uninstalled.
Literally non existent live chat and customer service,if you need help with your purchase DO NOT USE STORMFORCE GAMING! so bad to the point when I wrote asking for some form of comfort that my order had been received and everything was ok, didn't hear anything at all apart from that it had been dispatched and a very weak apology for not replying... For the money spent on any typical pc or gaming computer far from cheap, please if you need reassurance or help do not order there are others that will value your money much better. And in response to stormforces TRUSTPILOT reply here online, NO.....CONTACT WAS MADE JUST TO SAY IT WAS DISPATCHED, NOT TO ANSWER OR REPLY TO A SINGLE MESSAGE...IF ANYTHING NOTHING WAS STILL EVEN ANSWERED JUST A QUICK SORRY TONSAYBYOUNDIDNT REPLY, SHOCKING!
They made my dream come true. Because of Stormforce i was able to get a powerful gaming pc at a very reasonable price. This is my first gaming pc ever. Very good deals and awesome service. Ordered it two days ago and it was delivered yesterday in perfect condition. Everything was well made and nicely organised. And in bundle it had mouse, keyboard and a mouse pad included for free.
Excellent product and service. Best PC buying experience in years, and pricing seems cheaper than other builders. Build and shipping was a little delayed but I was notified and given a gaming voucher for the delay.

Awful service. Bought 2 PCs for birthday presents, 2 weeks before needed. Delivery time 3 to 5 days. Then got an email saying due to unprecedented demand it would be 14 business days for delivery. Spoke to customer services who fobbed me off saying my order would be shipped in time, claiming that a parts delivery hadnt come in (totally different reason from email). Not the customers fault these people take on too many orders. Thanks to this company I now dont have time to refund and get them from somewhere else in time, so going to have 2 people without birthday presents thanks to this companies incompetence. Would avoid at all costs if you want a PC in a reasonable timeframe.
My experience with Stormforce Gaming: best deals out there, quick processing and delivery of order. I have purchased a PC one year ago and still running as it did in the first day. Since this was a great experience and I was looking for a present, I have placed another order for a gaming PC. As expected it was a quick delivery, plugged the PC and Game ON. Right for the past 3 months I have been going back and forward sending and receiving PCs from stormforce all of them went wrong I had 1 had a faulty motherboard that one lasted a week they sent another one let's call this one 2 this one the water cooling pipe exploded it lasted a day sent it back they sent another one number 3 again water cooling pipe exploded this one lasted 2 minutes sent it back got a refund then went with a different company (I paid 3700 for this trash do not go with these people) (side note there support people are very nice. I put the start of the experience on as I have said it went on for 3 months)

I purchased a high spec PC and after switching on none of the fans were spinning. Both CPU water cooler and case fans were inactive so I could not get past the bios. Customer support led me to checking connections on the board, which were all good, so I was sent an item with a faulty cooling solution. This should have been picked up in quality control testing, rather than me paying £3500 and having hours of my time wasted.
