The PC is exactly how we thought it would be. Communication was a bit sparse between receipt of order and delivery. VIP delivery was good well packaged. It would have been nice to have more information on how it had been set up.

The computer works great, for a mid range computer. Make sure you read the product details carefully. For the casual buyer, as I was, I didn't realise it came without an operating system. I had to buy windows 11 seperately. That is why I give it a lower score.

Brilliant service, great communication and quickly fixed any problems.

Despite paying extra for Windows 11 to be included, the PC was delivered to us without an operating system. This led to a very upset household over Christmas. It has been collected and returned now and we eagerly await its return, hopefully won’t be too long! Customer service was great at sorting out a solution.

I ordered my new PC from Stormforce towards the end of November. It was a custom build but worked out around 10% cheaper than any comparable off the shelf models for GPU, PSU, storage, and CPU but has components from better manufacturers than these off the shelf PCs. I ported Windows over from my old system but that was easy and saved a lot of money. Overall, my new system has run everything I've asked it to with no problem so far, so I am very happy with it.

Great pc delivered quicker than expected. The only thing that could have been better is some information about where the monitor should be plugged in, it wasn't obvious. Other than that, very happy customer.

Service great can't fault it, but was a xmas present for my grandson now on 27/12/2023 hunting round for a display cable that I've know idea what sort. His hdmi won't fit been told its not a hdmi just a display cable aaaarrrr.

Clean build, price, spot on and the finish product, beautiful. 13900k with a RTX 4090 in a beautiful Hyte Y60 case. Just what I was looking for, and StormForce was able to make it at a price I was happy with.

Excellent customer service

Worst experience with the delivery people who failed to deliver on 3 different occasions. The 4th time delivered the PC but had no idea what they were handling so pretty much treated it like a parcel without worrying that they could damage the PC. Still trying to set the PC now but the PC keeps lagging for some reason when playing online. May return it if the issue persists.

No complaints about the PC. But it was delayed beyond expectations and they were slow to let me know what was going on. It's all fine now.

PC was received late. It didn't arrive with one of the games included in the bundle. I've been chasing this for 3 weeks, and still no response to my emails to customer service asking for this

The support team at Stormforce are very helpful and courteous with the questions I had before purchasing and with after sales support questions. Plus they are based in the UK, so no foreign based support teams and communication difficulties which is a huge plus for me. I purchased a tower which had options to upgrade parts so I could get the specs that i wanted. The delivery date went over by approx 1 week but I can appreciate the delay due to the fact I ordered in the run up to Christmas, I was kept informed via email at what stage the build was at and also the new updated delivery date when I could expect my new tower. VIP delivery by DPD was first class and I was kept updated by text at each stage. My Tower looks great, it runs Unity game engine, Visual Studio Code and Multiple tabs of Google playing video tutorials etc with ease. The fans give off a gentle hum even under load, so i'm very happy with the performance. I think the service and suport is first class and I would highly recommend. Plus they also offer 3 years parts and labour warranty which shows that they stand by the quality of the product they are providing... who wouldn't be happy with that!? :) In my opinion they are setting the standard that all companies should strive to achieve.
