I was a little nervous ordering off a website I had never heard off but a little faith paid off and my daughter has a decent laptop for college.

It's been a hastle from start to finish from a recommended company. Firstly, I ordered my pc on the first of September and it was delivered on the 22nd, three weeks for a estimated time of 3/5 days. I contacted them a couple of times about updates. They did finally issue a despatch date with a apology, £20 steam voucher and a free mouse( which we had as part of our package) so a mouse mat was thrown in. Upon delivery no mouse mat to be seen so I contacted them once again and fair play it arrived the next day. Secondly, I was supposed to have a month of X box live which didn't work and and starfield to which again the voucher code never worked. So another call to be told that I have to now communicate with amd.? Surly this is storm force problem as I have paid them enough money? I would like to rate them higher and it's the first time using them. I feel let down a bit and on my own and cheated that I don't have starfield and X box live as advertised.

I have always wanted a gaming PC and was recommended this particular model by a family member. As a 21st birthday gift, I have to say it is great and would recommend to others too. Simple setup and satisfying aesthetic plus east to use. I cannot wait to get gaming :).

Excellent speed of delivery, it arrived 3 days earlier than expected. Computer arrived in good condition and works great. Only issue is the top half of the inputs on the reverse of the computer were not aligned correctly when built, so I will have to take the computer apart to correct this.

The whole process from start to finish. My son was wanting a new pc and picked the one he wanted. It was easy then to order and with a slight delay due to bank holiday which we were emailed about to let us know the pc arrived. It was super easy to set up and we have one happy 15 year old gaming to his hearts content 😊

My son needed a repair on his gaming PC so I contacted Stormforce to arrange. They sent out all the packaging for me so that the unit was safe. The whole process from pick up to delivery and return was extremely fast and efficient. I have an extremely happy boy which makes me happy! I highly recommend Stormforce for any gamer!

Disappointing. I ordered Thursday evening, and paid £6.99 for 'next business day delivery'. It didn't arrive til Tuesday afternoon due to their own slow processing. When asked about refunding me the delivery fee, since I've not received the service I paid for, they said they were 'not in a position' to refund me. I paid for a service - they did not deliver. And they are unwilling to rectify it. Poor.

I understand why Stormforce gaming have so many great reviews I’m over the moon with my PC it’s awesome! I was looking for weeks to upgrade my PC, l found Stormforce gaming and to be honest l was a little sceptical because the price they where offering was so good I priced this machine on other websites and the price wasn’t getting close. For my budget l couldn’t be happier with this graphics monster Thank you Stormforce gaming 👏

This is a review in progress, as I haven't received my PC yet...I wanted to share a little frustration with my order. I have spent a sizeable chunk of change on a bespoke PC, and was led to believe it would be with me within an acceptable 3-5 working days. Today however, (after having to send 2 emails to get 1 snotty response) I'm informed it will not be delivered until AT LEAST 18th September?! The customer servicer was tip top before they received my wagde of dough, now, seemingly declined somewhat! I hope to update this review with a more positive sentiment, if I get my new PC in one piece and fully operational. They need to be more transparent about how long the build and testing phase is!

This is my second pc from stormforce, last one i got was 4 years ago and still running great but gave it to my friend and got another. Wow is all i can say, design was great and was put together with great care. Cost: Very fair prices for what you get Customer service: Fantastic Pros about choosing stormforce: Unlike cyberpower and pc specialist, this company still has there morals and pride and refuse to let you down. Cons: still yet to find any

Purchased a pre build from Stormforce. This was a great deal (rtx4070 and i512400) for under 1000£. Within a week I had the machine and was up and and running. Great service. Would happily recommend with no hesitation.

Had issues with the pc when I initially got it due to damage from delivery. But can't fault the service from the staff who where prompt in getting back to me and actively helped me in sending it back for repair when it could not be fixed from my end.
