Hello the build I bough was a build worth somewhere around 4k pounds, 4090, i9 etc, before I say anything I would like to state that the pc was delivered and I am able to use it, the issues that I would was on how the pc itself was built and the mailing system. Now then, throughout the whole purchase journey stormforce gives you zero information about the state of your machine. Only after emailing them multiple times did I get some information about when my machine will be done, that is not the worse of it. After it actually being shipped and delivered the pc box came in with a massive hole which you could put your hand in and touch the pc case glass. Very disappointed with the shipping. Now lets talk about the build, after switching the pc on (I installed windows manually because I had spear codes) I noticed that they didn't test the pc at all (in build says building and testing) because if they did test the pc out they would have noticed the cpu temperature go through the roof(asus motherboards are bad with controlling voltages on the cpu so you have to undervalte it yourself) I was expecting the company to do stuff like that. Same with drivers, I had to install everything myself which is not the biggest issue in the world. The big issue I have is that it seems like the pc builders have very little knowledge on new pc parts, you may ask why... well the 4090 is known for having one big issue... melting the power cable. And how does the power cable melt 99% of the time? By bending it. Yes the cable was bend like a banana and due to this after spending 4k I have to spend more for a brand new cable. So no, I cannot recommend this company because in a year if I didn't have this simple knowledge (nvidia states this on their website) I would have to spend another couple of hundred pounds to fix my brand new gpu.

Ordered custom PC build with various "supercharge" upgrades during BF sale/ spotted on Hotukdeals. Understandably, it took a while to arrive (but well within their advertised potential timeframe). It arrived well packaged with that self expanding foam to protect components/fill the void space. They missed windows 11 install, but sorted out a refund for that with customer support (having installed it myself) with no fuss.
I'd been looking at building a Ryzen 7000 system and somehow ended up on Stormforce website. They had one that was near enough what I was going to make and in the same ballpark price as doing it myself, so a no brainer to order from them. It said in stock 1-2 day delivery but took around 9 in the end I think. Support said I'd changed the spec from standard hence the delay, but no idea what I changed, I just picked the available system. PC arrived, quality components, great build quality with barely any visible cabling. Then I switched it on and was met with a flickery/glitching display from the in built graphics. I contacted support, sent a video clip of the screen and they identified the issue straight away, it just needed one BIOS setting changing. It did make me wonder how it got through testing though. The BIOS was also several revisions out of date so I flashed that myself. After that it's all worked flawlessly, best prebuilt PC I've had. So not quite a 5* experience, the support staff were superb though with quick responses and useful information.

Issue resolved. Quite disappointed with my experience purchasing a Gaming PC from Stormforce. TL;DR Wrong RAM and Motherboard used in my build, poor customer service, major inconvenience, and no good will gesture. Received the item within a reasonable timeframe, one day longer than originally estimated. Second day of owning the system, realise that the RAM I received was incorrect, provided 5200MHZ instead of 6000MHZ. Called to discuss, was told the right RAM had been used in the build, disagreed, put on hold, lady returns to confirm incorrect ram was used. Offers me option to have replacement RAM sent out, or system brought back in-house. Warns any damage caused by myself attempting to install would void warranty. At this point I opt to just install the replacement RAM, the expected delivery could be next day, until I realised later that afternoon that the wrong Motherboard had been used in the system as well. Called the next day, explained the wrong motherboard had been used in my system. Again I am told I am wrong and that the right motherboard has been used and only the incorrect RAM was used. Put on hold again, lady comes back to confirm I was right and the wrong part was used... Again. Explains it was due to low stock and that a like for like motherboard was used, even goes as far as to tell me that the one I received actually cost more, when in reality it was £20 cheaper. Request the correct motherboard and RAM are provided, motherboards not in stock for another week. Week goes by, motherboards in stock, pickup arranged for Tuesday, delivered back to Stormforce Wednesday, I call Friday told I'll receive a call later that day about the status of the PC. No call from Stormforce, I call and PC is ready but missed cut off to be sent for delivery. Monday delivery arranged, Tuesday PC arrives again. Box was pretty beaten, having had to go through 2 additional transits. PC Case is not flush at the top anymore like it has been dropped and shifted slightly so now there's half a line of light from the fan LEDs that runs along-top of the system. Internal components all seem ok, but they have had to be uninstalled and reinstalled onto a new motherboard which certainly hasn't increased their value. Feel like the best thing to do would be to return the system before I get stung.

Would have given 5 stars. The only reason I didn't was when I ordered the PC on the website it was showing in stock, delivery 1 to 2 days. I had to wait over 2 weeks for it so obviously wasn't in stock. However when I did receive the PC it is a 1st class build and real quality components. Also a 3 year collect and return warranty! So would highly recommend Stormforce Gaming for your next Gaming PC.
I would not even give this scamming company one star. Unfortunately you are unable to leave a comment without at least awarding one star. Please avoid buying from SFG. They will advertise gaming PC’s for a fairly decent price which they actually do not have in stock. They will let you pay, they will confirm your order and you will even receive a ‘shipped’ confirmation as well. A day or two after this you will receive a message stating that you ordered an older PC for which they no longer have components in stock (during Black Friday !) If this was a genuine mistake you would think that they would try to find a decent solution for a client that has already paid.. Nothing could be further from the truth; they didn’t even offer an alternative solution. I did, in the end, receive a refund but by this time the good Black Friday deals where all gone and I was unable to buy my son the PC I promised him. Stay away from this company. There are plenty of honest/decent sellers out there, unfortunately this is definitely not one of them.
The company done a fantastic job on making the gaming PC I requested and despite un planned delays which was not the companies fault I still received updates and a top quality piece of hardware. I would highly recommend this company and I will be going back to this company in the future

Good systems at great prices. I got a beast of a machine for a bargain price in their Black Friday sale. However, the customer service is terrible! Nearly a week after ordering I received an email saying that there would be a delay due to recent demand…even though my machine had been ordered days before. Phoned Customer Service and tried explaining the point to their agent but I might as well have spoken to a brick wall. Was told delivery would be the following week. Minimal updates and info during the progress, not good or reassuring when you’ve spent over £1,300 for a new PC!! Eventually received delivery with one day notice and not even checked to make sure the date was acceptable. I could have been unavailable and ended up with my new PC sat in a DPD warehouse! The order for the PC also included a promotional bundle of a Game, Keyboard, Mouse and Mouse Mat…but only the Mouse was sent with the PC!?! Had to call customer service again to be told they should have been sent?…yes they should but wasn’t. I was also told that the Game Code would be sent and remaining items would be sent. Eventually received Keyboard and Mouse Mat nearly a week after receiving PC. Good job (and luckily) I had a spare Keyboard otherwise my PC would have been sat in its box for another week! Had to phone Customer Service YET AGAIN for the game code. Was told I would receive it within the hour…but had to wait yet another day to receive it!? So to sum things up, yes they do build good PC’s at great prices. But the Customer Service Team is severely lacking and gives a totally unacceptable service.
additional has been sorted fast good customer service didn't have monitor in stock so are sending a better one out tomorrow the extra bits were spares upped 1 star to 5 thank you .looking at my emails it said sent yesterday no idea how that got delayed as i sent it on the 6th ---NO MONITOR DELIVERED ITS A GOOD JOB I LOOKED TODAY YES YOU'L PROBABLY BLAME THE DELIVERLRY COMPANY AND IM WAITING ON AN EMAIL BACK IF IT GETS SORTED ASAP I'L CHANGE THE RATEING--8/12/23 --- STILL NO REPLIE TO EMAILS ( 23.8" Full HD Gaming Monitor 1ms 100Hz (bought together Crystal 6566 – RTX 4080, Intel i7 13700KF) 8/ 12 /23 well i find that the cable box is full of internal cables it looks like these guys expect you to build and connect every thing your self (I hope these are spares) where do they warn you about this sh 1t i have no experience with building PC's if i did i would not have to order one my eyesight is going now in old age i can barley see the instructions what the fik was we paying you fiking 2.5K for?? -glue on the glass case which i was going to let go too ill update with photos (i have left the full statement in for context of me getting peed off apologies for the email being delayed and for bad language)----- the problems were all resolved satisfactory good customer service

After 6 months of owning my Stormforce prebuilt PC i can genuinely say its been an absolutely floorless experience. The PC has performed beyond expectations without a single fault. After pricing up the components and hardware separately, id say its extreme value for money. Anybody thinking about buying one this Christmas or just in general, do so without hesitation. The PC I purchased was the Onyx 6173 - RTX 3050, Intel i5-12400F.
