I am not what you would call a super experienced gamer but after buying this new pc i might be. It is very well built, looks fantastic with the lights etc, easy to set up and use. so far just more than happy with the experience.

just purchased a pc and works perfectly and comes with extra such as free game pass for a month and free 90 days with Norton all pre installed. with lots of pc's to choose from.

The help, advice ,support and assistance had been fantastic , although my sons pc has had problems the team has quickly and efficiently been there to sort them out . Replying immediately to worried email’s was very reassuring and when I found it difficult to understand information and instructions ( not being technically minded) they arranged for item to be sent back to be assessed . Can’t recommend them enough for their after care service .

The gaming pc i bought is amazing.It runs so smoothly and it runs my favourite games such as Warzone, Fortnite,Apex legends,valorant etc. If would suggest buying gaming pc's from this business if you don't want to build a pc yourself or you want to get into pc gaming.

Stormforce has Great PC's, but even greater customer support. Whileshopping for a computer I made a mistake in my shipping address and ordered it to my university accomodation in another city. On a monday morning around 9 am I was able to call and get a full refund within minutes with no tussle, super efficient and easy. The PC did arrive to the right place thankfully and works great too!

When you order everything is nice and simple you are well informed about everything the build looks great I could not be more pleased would I recommend you to a friend without hesitation I think you do stunning work

This is the first time I have bought myself a new PC. I got advice from friends. They suggested Stormforce and helped me pick this build - on sale for a big saving. The ordering process was smooth, and once the order was placed I could see what stage the PC was at (processing, build and test, shipping, delivered). Next day DPD delivery was easy too - with a 1-hour time slot. When the PC arrived it was securely packed with foam protection inside the case. The foam was quite snug in there so needed a bit of care to take out. Everything looked to be where it was supposed to be. Setup instructions that came with the PC were really easy to understand and implement. Now I am just enjoying crazy fps ;)

Bought my PC just under three years ago and only ran into an issue the last few weeks. I’d been having a CPU fan error come up and entering straight into BIOS on starting the PC. Danyial and Vicky were excellent from start to finish. As soon as I explained my issue on the online chat and provided my serial number, Vicky called me straight away and put me through to tech support where I spoke to Danyial. He advised what he believed the issue to be, gave me the option of returning the PC for full diagnostic check and fan replacement or he said I could do it myself and he would send the fan out with some thermal paste. Danyial sent me over a detailed how-to video, showing me exactly how to replace the fan. Vicky then followed up with an email to let me know the fan had been dispatched today (not even an hour after the conversation) and would be delivered tomorrow. Customer service was exceptional from start to finish and I’m happy I was given the option to replace the fan myself rather than waiting to return the pc and it be wiped and fixed. I genuinely believe that some of these negative reviews on here are just people who have bought a product without having any knowledge of what they’re purchasing and blaming the company for their own lack of product awareness. Thank you Stormforce, when I look to upgrade to a new system I know where I’ll be coming to get it!

Superb service from start to end. My PC came within the estimated delivery time. I was extremely impressed with the care and quality of the packaging used. My PC arrived in mint condition and I could tell that total care was taken when building it. I've now configured the OS and the system runs like a dream! Thank you Stormforce Gaming.
