Amazing I love the build and it is exactly how I expected it to be

Amazing computer Did take quite long to get here although there were delays for the company First computer I've ever owned and it easily runs anything

In mid December I bought a Stormforce Prism with a Ryzen 7 9800X3D and an RTX 4090. The PC itself performs excellently, with perfect thermals and no issues to speak of. The cable management is good and clean, with most of them being hidden in the second chamber of the Y70 case. I'm getting above 100fps in some of the most intensive games like Cyberpunk with barely any noise coming from the PC itself (running at 1440p with max graphics and ray tracing). The delivery had a few issues, due to a multitude of factors. Firstly, I ordered at a particularly busy time (so try to order before the Christmas rush) which definitely didn’t help, and then there was some issues with getting the SSD in stock. This delayed the whole process beyond the expected time frame. After a bit of pestering, I had a phone call with Marc, the Ecommerce Manager. He explained the issues and said he would go to the production team and personally make sure it was delivered soon. Like he promised, within 3 working days of the call (late January), the PC arrived, along with some other extras to compensate for the delay. The delivery was good, and the item had no damage at all before or after transit. I was later contacted by another Stormforce representative who apologised for the delays and missed emails from before (I presume they got sent to a spam folder), and offered me a voucher or a partial refund to compensate. This was the icing on the cake and why I'm giving a 5 star review. To summarise, the PC is perfect, and while customer service and delivery had a couple issues, Stormforce definitely made up for it with the extras they provided. 5/5

Easy ordering process although it took a little longer than expected to arrive. However the customer service team got in touch and quickly sorted it , Even giving us an Amazon voucher for the inconvenience and a day later the computer arrived and wow it's a seriously impressive bit of kit very easy to set up and now the games look amazing

The website is clear and easy to use for those who understand the machine they hope to build. There is a good selection of current parts and no perceived bias towards specific brands, models or versions. Prices are made clear throughout. Upon ordering I made a request in the box marked for that purpose - to be called prior to dispatch - as my schedule was subject to sudden change. This was not fulfilled by the dispatch team and as a consequence I missed the original delivery - not a great thing considering the value and clear branding of the parcel and its contents and an event that could have been easily avoided. The new computer was delivered successfully however, they come well packaged with clear forethought into safeguarding the components, easy user instructions for first time use, and the device was ready for initial set up after plugging in. Overall I’m not 5 star happy but 4 stars just seems mean spirited. I rate this a 4.8 - with a highlighted area of improvement around communications

Pc very good

I don’t know how in gods name this was a gaming PC, I bought it expecting it to be an upgrade, I payed more for it too. Barely runs any of the games I play, the quality is grainy and fuzzy, and overall performance was bad. Been trying all sorts with the settings to no avail, a lot of trouble shooting options just do not work, they lead to error notifications. Overall not what I payed for, terrible device, won’t be buying another from here.
