Placed my order on the 24th of November 2023 and received a pc 3 weeks later without any of the upgrades I paid for(£400 worth of upgrades which was a graphics card and ram) and I still have not had this issue resolved. If I did not check the pc I would had never of known that they sent out a pc with missing parts that I have paid for. Update. Not happy with your reply as you have only tried to contacted me after I have left this review. Also you setup and canceled a collection last week blaming my new system was playing tricks while it was being built.

In short, Happy with the PC but Slow or no customer service unless you call up directly and shoddy quality control... In Long.. I ordered my PC on 25th November, I missed the expected time and messaged about when i could expect it, annoyingly you only see the estimate when you are buying and not in your emails or order info. I spoke to Sarah who did not give any straight answers and in the end stopped answering... I do not mind a wait as i knew Black Friday is a busy time for retailers but some reassurance was all i was after as i was away from the 23rd December for Christmas and this was being sent to my place of work. Time goes past and i get hold of someone via Twitter who gives me a straight answer and a rough estimate but ensures me it will be before Christmas, I was also gifted a copy of Starfield, Great! Pc arrives on the 20th, perfect Despite reviews of missing keyboards etc everything arrived, HOWEVER they upon set up they forgot to instal my copy of Windows which i paid extra for them to do so! 22nd December i am straight on the phone and speak to who i assume was Sarah and a Marc who offer me a refund or various options of how we can sort it, Marc even sent me a tutorial on how i can instal windows myself, I was also gifted a second copy of starfield and a £20 voucher for some more games. However with it being the Christmas period i then have to wait, giving me time to wonder what happened to my key to begin with and if this happened to anyone else (it did if you see the other reviews) I was also finally sent my code for Avatar which they do not make clear that you have to ask for it, i expected a code or something in the post. After chasing them at the start of the year they tell me a new code has been ordered, It is now the 12th and FINALLY i get an email from Marc who kindly send me a poor quality image of my Windows Key with his dirty fingernails in shot. Tasty I am not sure if i will ever use Stormforce again but if you have been bored enough to read all of this and decide to yourself, Maybe prepare for a wait and something to be missing but at least you get a great well priced PC and probably a couple copies of Starfield too.

Bought my gaming PC on Black Friday, very competitive price compared to competitors. Since receiving my PC I am generally happy with the product and it runs my games very well. Customer support is also available and they respond to phone calls quite quickly. With e mails it can be hit and miss. In some cases I received very fast responses whilst others I received no response. My only serious gripe was around timescales. I bought the PC with an estimated build and delivery of 10 days. It took far longer than this. I ordered around 27th November and had to wait until 18th December. Granted it was Black Friday and pre-Christmas rush but perhaps more realistic build and delivery times should be advertised. Overall though the quality of the goods is excellent and I am enjoying using my new PC. I would buy from this company again, albeit I would take any delivery dates with a pinch of salt.

Computer turned up and worked perfectly. Order process was fine. One slight issue was the time it took to get the PC - several weeks longer than "promised" and a lack of communication. The online order just kept saying "in Process" and then suddenly it turned up! Would I use them again - yes

The pc came in amazing quality/condition. I have always wanted a pc so when my one came to my door, I was extremely exited. They have tons of pc’s to choose from so it gives me a choice if I want to get one that is much more good for games, or one for work. Great company 9/10

Bought from Very. Stormforce RTX 4090, AMD Ryzen 7 7800x3d, 32gb ram, 2tb ssd, white accent Hyte Y60. Better than expected, very well built and excellent cable management, performance is outstanding as you would expect from this combination, system clearly tested, well optimised with no bloat wear. Wouldn’t post on boot up so phoned Stormforce and they walked me through finding the cable connection that came lose in transit very helpful and professional. GPU was not the Asus Tuf 4090 as shown in the picture, Gigabyte 4090 Aero OC came installed, which was a nice surprise as the white GPU looks amazing with the white case outline and it has better cooling than the Asus Tuf (which is not the OC model) and performance is the same, certainly not an issue. I was worried about GPU cooling and breathing due to being so close to the glass but temps are better than expected and aren’t much different to other cases floor fans must be doing their job, I have ordered a vented side panel to help with GPU breathing, overall very happy and can highly recommend, thank you Stormforce.

PC I ordered came in perfect condition- works flawlessly. Their customer service was really polite and helped me with all technical issues I had.

Easy to order and a great Black Friday Deal. Communication was good and any queries I had were quickly answered and sorted out. Further queries I had after receiving were also quick to be answered and altogether a great service. Also a 3 year warranty as standard so that's good.

Custom PC ordered. Took rather longer than promised to build and communication a bit poor, but PC is good, neatly assembled and is of correct spec, so I'm generally happy although rather un-wowed by the buying experience.

Superb pc, so neat and runs a treat. Great price in black Friday deals. Recommended.

Was late ordering before Christmas, but you pulled it off and delivered 3 days prior, order was not complete, but one phone call and the outstanding item was delivered the following day at an extremely busy time. One happy boy Christmas Day. Fab service, outstanding customer service and equipment, Thankyou very much, would not hesitate to recomend, thankyou.

Build time as advertised. Delivery on time and carrier did not damage the box. PC excellent in operation. Why not give the full 5 stars? The upgraded CPU Heatsink specified and paid for was not installed, the default Intel unit was in place. Why still give 4 stars? Customer service responded promptly and a refund for the missing part was provided within 3 days.

MY WIFE BOUGHT ME A NEW COMPUTER FOR CHRISTMAS, I REALLY COULD NOT BELIEVE, WHAT I WAS MISSING, IT'S AN AMAZING MACHINE. EVERY GAMER SHOULD CHANGE TO STORMFORCE NOW, SO FAST SO QUITE, MY OLD MACHINE WAS GOOD , SO I THOUGHT, STORMFORCE BLOWS ME AWAY. EVERYTHING IS SO FAST, EASY, AND SO QUITE, I HAVE NOT ASKED FOR ANY HELP YET, BUT I DONT'THINK I NEED TO, THANKS CHAPS I'M VERY VERY HAPPY.

I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 because of the little info I got on my delayed pc build. I'm an experienced pc builder but thought I'd give this company ago. At the time the discount code made it cheaper to have a pc built rather than building one myself. The build itself is a really nice clean looking job. The cable management is very nice and the pc was well packaged. The only thing that I would say was a problem was the fact after a month I'd heard nothing. I gave it a month and then emailed to which I had no response so i then rang. For the money I would definitely use again for my next build as it takes the hassle out of a build.

The PC I ordered came within the deliverly dates & was as specified. It was delivered via a deliverly company which gave constant and correct updates. It was well packaged with no issues. The PC itself runs very well & Stormforce tower casing is very good quailty. Overall I had high expectations of Stormforce after reading various reviews & browsing their website. I am satisfied & would recommend this company to anyone looking for a PC in the UK.

Three key issues with my recent order: 1. Took 16 working days to get pc delivered (while it was clearly showing 7-10 when purchasing) 2. PC has been delivered with damaged case leg – I have raised this on 20th a week before Christmas and so far, (2nd Jan), no response received. 3. Not a massive issue but, still, PC has been advertised as "Powered by Asus" and yet no single part in the PC is branded with Asus (should be GFX and MoBo). The worst part was the fact that I have ordered well in advance prior to my son's birthday hoping that it will get here on time to install Windows and his favourite games. Not happy with the aftersales comms, there was no single update on the progress of the building. Imagine the face of a child when I had to tell him that the present will not arrive. To conclude, I would not recommend this company to anyone, and will not purchase anything from them anymore.

Simple buying process with lots of options, responsive and helpful customer support, and a really competitive price.

Bought for my son for Christmas and he loves it! This is his first gaming pc and we were unsure of what to purchase. Stormforce staff were very helpful answering my queries.
