Hardware turned up in pristine condition, slight lack of communication regarding the order and delay, to the point I had to call to inquire, but overall very good

Ordered a 5090 pre build via Very. A slight delay on delivery, but excellent packing and workmanship on wiring routing etc. A couple of really nice touches were the inclusion of all the peripherals from the case and motherboard, as I didn't get these with a Cyberpower purchase previously. Runs well straight out the box, looks beautiful and MSI components throughout. Very happy.

The absolute worst purchase that I ever had to deal with. I've ordered the computer on the 2nd of January, only to receive it damaged. When I called up to send it back, they were adamant that it was the damaged in transit although the box that it came in was absolutely fine. Luckily, I recorded myself opening it as I almost knew something was about to go wrong. The damage was to the motherboard clip because the graphics card had dents in the back and was hanging out of the slot. I sent the computer back as instructed, only to be on the phone with them, a month straight, saying that is no damage and the computer works fine although I've been sending them videos and pictures of the actual damages so they were lying. When I sent the pictures again, to a different person, she then investigated but again she was not sure where the damage was. Different people that answered my phone, not sure of the progress of my repair and also lied about the dispatch date as well. When I finally received the computer, it had no power cables or other accessories so then I had to call them up again to request them to be sent. Apparently I shouldn't have sent the cables in the first place as it stipulates in the contract which I've read and nothing like that is mentioned. My first and last experience for sure. Or maybe I was just very unlucky and added the fact that a bunch of people were completely incompetent in following reports and resolving my issues earlier. So, it's today, the 27th of February when I first load up the computer. Anyone else had this experience?

Bought my computer through Argos, what a nightmare, didn't get no receipt at first, no time of delivery and nothing at all from company making it. The computer itself is 95% ok, it arrived with extra wires and instructions on how to set it up, but noticed at the rear one of the inserted board facesure panels had been dinted whilst being put in so can't really use the USB in that particular slot, and delivery driver didn't help matters when he just dropped it on the doorstep instead of gently putting it down, all of this is why I am not going to give this order 5 stars. Between this company and Argos they need to keep customers well informed and set and send proper information on delivery time and date, not just leave the customer wondering where his £2595.00 computer is.

Wow Big shout out to Ian on the customer service team i called up to enquire about a free Cpu upgrade offer when purchasing a gaming pc with an RTX 5080 he made sure to check the offer was still live and informed me there was one left available i quickly ordered online after saying thanks to Ian he then unexpectedly called back to confirm i had got the last one and it was on its way. Couldn't ask for better service so thanks Ian if you read this

It is difficult to leave a final review for Stormforce. The computer I purchased arrived with a component that was faulty, causing the whole system to fail to get past POST. I had to contact customer support and seek advice. Through this whole ordeal there was a positive however - the help from the staff. I am very grateful to all the help and support I have received from them. Though I feel that there was a lack of transparency about the repair process, the initial help and support from the team really stood out to me. While it is/was incredibly frustrating to have purchased a computer in the state it was, the computer is now returned in working condition. I am very grateful to Ryan and Eva for their help.

Unhelpful and unresponsive support team, order was delayed over a week, was offered a "gift card" as compensation, never received the gift card and continued to be ignored.

My gaming PC was delivered 2 weeks earlier than I expected which was awesome. Setting it up and getting it going was as easy as & can be and it feels great being able to play games without any FPS or memory issues again. Thanks!

Very efficient delivery my parcel was delivered quickly and safer. Was supposed to recieve it in four days but they only made me wait one only. Great PC love the whole build.
