Good communication. PC arrived with everything in optimal condition. Extra care taken to ensure it stayed safe whilst delivered with things like foam being put inside the case so parts don't move around.

After an initial hiccup with delivery time scales being different to what was quoted by Argos I was contacted directly by Marc from Stormforce who really went above and beyond to rectify the issue. The computer was finished within the initial timeframe quoted and delivered a day after the quoted period through no fault of Stormforce, DPD failed to come pick up all their orders for that day which was obviously outside their control. Everything done by Stormforce themselves was brilliant after my initial complaint. Marc was communicative throughout and really did his best to get everything rectified and the computer in my hands as quick as he possibly could after he was made aware of the issue. He really is a credit to the company and I sincerely appreciate everything he did. The computer itself is very well put together, cable management very tidy and professional looking and very competitive price:parts ratio. Can't wait to get some games running once Steam installs my library, but I am sure I will be impressed. Overall, I am very impressed with the service received and I would now recommend Stormforce if I know of anyone else looking for a prebuilt system and would return if they also sell individual parts when it is time to start upgrading. Bought a ridiculously overpowered PC. Came quickly, really well packaged. Excellent communication when I had a couple of queries, everything resolved quickly. Very pleased!

Absolutely amazing support always willing to help from the smallest request to having issues with my system and repairing it highly recommend and will always use these now the only one point if anything is when I sent my system back I never got a confirmation that it had all been received in good condition so I had to email to check up on it maybe an email saying we have your system its been tested would be helpful but that's a minor thing

The Good: The PC itself thus far seems good and I am happy with it, there was also a RAM upgrade I was able to arrange without too much fuss. It took a bit longer than the advertised completion time, but this doesn't really bother me. It was well packaged on delivery and the wiring inside looks tidy. The Bad: The PC was advertised as coming with 2 free games and it linked to the games you could choose from. I wanted 2 of these (costing £110 on Steam) so that worked well. However when they sent me the code - it stated expired when attempting to redeem with AMD. The expiry date was after I had ordered the PC and paid for it, but before the PC shipped and I sent the code. When I raised this with customer service, I was offered a new code for two new games. Neither of which I want or will ever play. I was quoted various get out caveats for Stormforge. But be as may, my point is that it was advertised as one thing, I was sent the code for this very thing, but what I was in the end offered was something different and not something I wanted. This was compounded by the fact that I could have been sent the correct code before it expired but was not. I appreciate that this was not intentional, but it does amount to mis-selling and is extremely poor practice. The Ugly: Customer Service is hit and miss. One individual was fine, and polite, responding to my emails promptly once the initial enquiry had been picked up. However, on one other occasion it took around a week to respond to the initial enquiry, and on the game codes issue above, the first time I messaged I got no reply at all in a week and had to re-message (I was then dealt with promptly). I also had an email to the sales team prior to purchase not responded to at all.

I had a problem with my order thanks to an unreliable courier that claimed they never received the PC for my order and even tried to convince me that all they were given was the monitor. I was shocked and scared that I had just wasted my money So I contacted Stormforce and they had Sarah look into the matter. Sarah was fantastic! Not only did she chase up my order from these people but kept me updated each step of the way. They even got my order back and have a more reliable courier service deliver my PC and monitor to me. I could not thank her enough for giving me peace of mind when I was having nothing but anxiety over this ordeal. They even gave me tech support when I couldn't figure out why my monitor wasn’t working though that turned out to be a silly oversight on my part. Special thanks to Sarah and Stormforce customer support for helping me.

Stormforce pre built PC's are the best I've had. 2 machines that work top notch with expert insterlation & beautiful looks. Free norton trial and 1 month free xbox game pass too. Really happy with my purchases. The extra free 3 year warranty is really good to have also. Thanks Stormforce.

Excellent custom pc, just plugged it in and it worked well, didn’t need to do much updating, excellent performance, only docking 1 star because there wasn’t much in terms of communication once pc went over the 21 working days time, and acted like I was pestering them when I called for an update, a simple email of “build is taking longer than anticipated” would have been appreciated. But customer service aside the build quality and performance is excellent.

Absolutely brilliant pc is beautiful and fast delivery

I have had exactly the same experience as the previous reviewer. New PC turned up. I unpacked it and set it up as per the instructions on Storm Force’s website, and booted it up. I immediately had CPU overheat warnings and the PC shut itself down. Tech Support were easy to contact and have been helpful so far. But there seems to be something lacking in quality control prior to shipping. Either that, or we’ve both been unlucky this week. I’ll update the review to 4 or 5 stars once my new PC is working. Just a bit disappointed at the moment :( Update: Stormforce’s Customer Service resolved this problem in short order. A replacement PC was despatched and is working. Faulty PC collected. All sorted out within a few days. Couldn’t ask for more under the circumstances. Thank you.

Fantastic service, easy to navigate and fast delivery

I recently purchased a new STORMFORCE computer and couldn't get the RGB lights to sinc. The customer service team went above and beyond by obtaining the same model PC and solving the problem for me.

Great Customer Service, really helped with our issues and great technical support which is why I am rating 3 stars currently. However, the PC arrived (could be DPDs fault) not being able to boot for more than 30 seconds, rang technical support and they helped as much as they could and customer service offered to replace it with the exact same system. The system that came had a great build quality either way, and it is a shame it didn’t work first try. I will update my review to 5 stars when the replacement arrives, other than that I strongly recommend Stormforce for their customer support.

I have had a great experience with Stormforce and the the PC is a great quality build and high spec. I bought it in the Black Friday sale and the spec for the cost represents amazing value for money. The delivery was within the time they stated when I purchased and used the chat to check on who the carrier would be and I received a polite response on email shortly afterwards. I only have two comments i) the graphics card was not fully locked into the pins but they tell you to check in case things come lose in transport. ii) I ordered a black case and the RTX 4090 GPU is white which looks a bit odd in the case as its 3/4 glass. Not the aesthetic I was going for but then again I do appreciate how tricky it is to get this type of GPU

Terrible company, terrible PC. First PC had hundreds of thousands of issues with the VRAM right off the bat. Got a replacement, get told I’ve had a bad batch of a component within my PC. So now I’m getting a refund. Genuinely would never go to storm force again and will make sure I tell people to stay away.

Exactly what I was looking for in a computer and at a reasonable price. It's well built and came securely packaged. Customer service was excellent, when I rang with a delivery problem they were very accommodating and helpful.

The model I got did not have a feature I was expecting, so the website could be made a little clearer, but ultimately my fault for not checking. The PC itself is incredible and I’m hitting consistent fps on heavy workload gaming, along with high performing and quiet cooling. The machine is expertly built and so far has been exactly what you would expect, good job on the builders. The delivery however was delayed multiple times so I wasted almost a week of vacation days which I’m still surprised stormforce didn’t offer any apologies or small compensation for such a high end product. The end result is great, but those two things unfortunately didn’t make it perfect.

Price was great for the PC spec and arrived quickly.
