Great PC with a really good spec and price. My only concern, was lack of communication with my order. It was ordered as a Next Day PC which didn't arrive for a week. So, I did order it without Windows 11 but the reason for the delay, was due to the Wifi card being out of stock. So it wasn't a next day PC! In the end, they sent it out a week later with the wifi card to install myself. However, the performance is great but the CPU does have coil whine which isn't covered by the warranty as it can be 'normal'. I've never had coil whine and I've been building PCs since 1994. Maybe I am just unlucky.

I have recently purchased a high end gaming PC after needing to upgrade my very old one. I was pleased to see a reasonable price offered by Stormforce on the Black Friday sales so decided to make a purchase. The process of picking the desktop PC I did was nice and simple and there were many options to choose from. This desktop required to be built so there was a waiting time. I liked the fact you can track where you order is up to on the site and the turnaround to have it built and shipped out was faster than I thought. The desktop looks great and performs amazingly. It was well packaged as well so there were no major concerns it was damaged whilst being transported.

As my first gaming pc I’m incredibly impressed with the quality and design of the tower it’s sleek and very clean looking, comes with Norton 360 (90day trial) and 1months of game pass which is handy. Graphics card only runs 1080p so you will only be able to play basic games like war zone. Overall for the price and compatibility with potential to build a stronger pc using this tower seems to be very straight forward. Great purchase I’m well happy :).

The system I recieved is good specs-wise for the (on-sale) price I got it for. The parts are mostly good quality MSI parts that should have good software support for a while. It runs well and I haven't noticed any concerning issues as of writing. The one complaint I have is that the pre-built configuration I got has a PC case with a USB type-c port but not the motherboard to support it. I contacted support since I thought it might be broken, and to be fair to the support team, they were fairly helpful. But the pre-built config is inherently flawed and it seems a bit disingenous to sell a product as such

Bought a msi oled monitor from this company it is fantastic I’d recommend this monitor to anybody!! Looks great and is much sharper than my ips panel! Honestly this is the best monitor I’ve ever owned!!! It’s brilliant

First PC I have every bought. Normally I build them myself. The cost difference made the choice to buy and glad I went with StormForce. My top end gaming PC is very good. Very pleased and very quick delivery

PC turned up reasonably quickly (near Christmas, not an off-the-shelf build) and to the correct spec. I give 5 stars for being a solid 10% cheaper than the next cheapest supplier for equivalent machine, prices checked before/during/after black friday / cyber monday.

I ordered a pre-built PC, and it’s performing great. The delivery was quick and safe, with no damage to the PC (very secure). The build is extremely clean, and the wires were also well organized at the back of the PC. I loved your customer service; it was very helpful until my order was delivered. I’m satisfied with STORMFORCE. Thank you so much for delivering the beast!

Bought a very high end system from these guys during the Black Friday sale, containing four dimms of DDR5 which after purchasing and booting experienced constant Blue screens and file corruptions. It was very obvious at this point that this system was not tested prior to being shipped to me, which did not inspire confidence for the rest of the build. After contacting customer service, I was advised that this is a known issue with DDR5 in four stick configurations. I questioned why this pre built system (no customisation on my part) with known issues was not only being sold but recommended to customers, was not given any straight answers. Only after considerable persistence through lots of back and forth over several days, was I given the option to pay a further sum of money to switch over to a two dimm configuration (RRP for 2x32GB is typically cheaper than 4x16GB, and considering that the system was not functioning as advertised, I don’t see why I should pay further costs), which I refused. I ended up having to sell the original four RAM modules on eBay with my own liabilities, and purchase two dimms myself to avoid being further out of pocket. Still no apology or explanations for lack of basic testing /benchmarking. In short, I would not recommend buying a system from Stormforce. If I was somebody with no technical knowledge buying a Christmas gift for somebody, this would have been incredibly difficult to navigate and may have resulted in a loop of returns and receiving an unstable system due to underlying configuration choices. Edit: I actually did reach out to customer service, this is the end result. It’s also very apparent that this system wasn’t tested as it was unusable from the moment I booted it up - I won’t debate that you probably have internal policies in place for testing but please don’t try to tell me it was followed in this case. Any amount of usage or stress testing would have immediately revealed this issue. An offer was made to swap out the RAM, but you have neglected to mention that this was at further cost to me, which I will not accept.

Fantastic product. Arrived with some shipping damage (graphics card, which weighs about a kilo broke the PCIe riser) but Support were fantastic and sent out a replacement ASAP - shout out to Ryan. Could only be better if they used a better courier than DPD.

High-quality PCs and fantastic delivery service

The entire experience had positives and negatives which keep me from giving this company a five-star yet. The good: - I bought an excellent high-end gaming PC at a fantastic price. So much so that all my friends who are PC gamers have been saying that it's an excellent deal for the price. I've had someone insist the parts must be refurbished. The price was that good. - The build is very nice, came professionally and securely packaged and the overall first-time setup was very straightforward. The not-so-good: - Slight delay in delivery; overall I had to wait three weeks for the computer to be delivered. I understand this is an extremely busy period (perhaps the busiest of the year just before the holidays) but considering the overall customer service experience I do believe the delay may have taken even longer had I not chased it a few times. - I wanted an upgrade but they could not assist. A few days after I bought this pre-built, they took off the ad for my specific build and placed two new ads for two other builds, one identical to mine at the same price and one with a slightly better and newer CPU at £100.00 more. All the other parts (besides the case) as far as I can tell appear to be the same, thus I thought it would be quite straightforward to ask for an upgrade, and was willing to pay the difference. I would've honestly been willing to pay an extra fee for the extra amount of work of having to place the other CPU instead of the one I originally bought. I was only told that I could get in touch for the upgrade with them and pay for the new CPU in full after the PC is delivered. Considering I paid for the PC upright, the price of a decent second-hand car, I would've expected a better response. Again, I understand logistical issues, but I'd lie if I said that it did not affect my overall experience. Overall it wasn't a bad experience but it could have been way better. Perhaps, during a different time of the year, the upgrade could have been handled, and the delivery would have been quicker, but I would've probably had to pay way more for the PC, so I guess it's a balance. I can always come back and change my review to give it that extra star, depending on how my interactions with your customer service continue, considering the PC came with a three-year warranty (which I could've perhaps placed in 'the good' section). Superb fast delivery of the PC Lightening speed easy to set up A strong glass has been used to build this PC not forgetting the 3 year warranty and superb comms from Storm. Highly recommended.
