Ordered a gaming pc as a Christmas present for my son, so haven't switched the pc on yet but ordering was very easy and delivery was super fast.

Excellent expirence with this company. Ordered an Onyx PC for my 10 year old for Xmas. It was a little delayed due to difficulty finding the right GPU but didn't mind waiting a little longer as I'd rather it done right and stormforce kept me informed throughout. PC arrived safely and expertly packaged. All is working as should but still had to contact the company's tech support as I got muddled up over the HDMI ports! I'm new to this but they phoned me within 10 minutes of emailing them. Well deserved 5 star review customer service is excellent. I'm sure my son will love his present come Christmas day!

Nice and easy ordering process, came within the agreed delivery time and the system was put together very well and packaged good too.

The PC came chipped at the back, being brand new. I had to setup everything myself with drivers for screen connected to the GPU Port, which was not set up and download and install correct drivers from my CD, and dvd. I use the web camera and need to download drivers for it, too . All this setup, should have been done within two weeks and 3 days deadline which was not.

Knew about these from a few friends and heard nothing but good things. PC was well packaged and arrived quick. Build quality was top! The rig is beautiful!

Easy to set up and so much space

Ok, I'm very happy with the pc, it's a big upgrade from my last one and I make it exactly 10 working days as advertised so that's all good. However, you lose a star because there were no updates, tracking info or anything so I could well have been out when it arrived. Also, there were supposed to two free games but when I went to redeem the code it turned out to have expired. Update: My complaint was dealt with promptly and efficiently and a new code issued for the games which I have now redeemed. So all's good.

great company , great prices great delivery service very happy and would highly recommend , my previous pc was from this company and ive never had any trouble with it but it was time for a ungrade gaming got more intense and so my old pc was acting sluggish on some of the bigger games so upgraded and found the overall experience fantasic highly recommend theses to friend and family wouldnt shop anywhere else to be honest

Absolutely blown away with my new Prism 0614 - RTX 4090, Intel i9-14900KF. It's so meticulously assembled and nothing over looked. Stormforce have great communication and let me know key points in the build. The Stormforge PC's quality are so reliable this is my 4th (all are still running just out dated now). Will buy again

Pc came all working fine but 2 fans are not plugged in and I don’t know why

Fast and easy to install what was needed with extremely quick and easy to understand access and diagrams to show what goes where. The only improvement I can say is, maybe just include a diagram as paper? Other than that, fantastic.

Shocking ,criminal and unprofessional. I got a PC via argos.sent back to stormforce for repair 3 times.each time it came back with a different fault .the result being they said they couldn't repair .the PC was in pristine condition. Please bare in mind while reading this that the PC was for a disabled child.after being asked to send it back again and get a refund .I then received an email from stormforce saying they were rejecting the PC as it wasn't packed properly and was damaged .the PC was in polystyrene and in a box supplied by them .then had to request a box for the monitor. No keyboard box ect .so I had to put the keyboard in the box .the pictures I received of the damage were hilarious. The back ports had been pressed together with plyers ect .on the metal case right in the corner was dented right through(consistent with extream weight or a high drop.for the damage done and the box not to be damaged or the polystyrene unbroken but the damage to the PC was done by force.they said to Argos it was because the lightweight keyboard was in the box .they chances of that being a possibility is 10 billion to one .all this and on top couldn't fix a kids PC. Thankfully argos are not daft .they were fantastic and arranged a full refund .they also agreed with my claims of false damage and that the damage sustained was impossible. Please think .no damage to the box (or they wouldn't have accepted ) the damage done to the machine .lies , bad service and fraud .I know argos are going to pursue this but so am I. Not happy with trying to rob me they had a back up of getting argos to refund it .I will never buy a PC or deal with stormforce again

I bought my system primarily for running Microsoft Flight Simulator, but also to allow me to transition to Windows 11. The system is superb. High-quality construction, very fast electronics, easy setup. Flight Simulator's graphics look remarkable thanks to the Nvidia RTX 3050 graphics card.

Very good PC

Came when advertised and not damaged. Decent packaged.
