Incredible machine! Slightly delayed delivery but the customer service team were excellent in providing information. However the machine arrived with a build error, causing the IO Shield to block all of the ports. Rendering the machine unusable. I ended up fixing this myself, as the customer service team advised that if not I would have had to send the machine back.
bought the computer late nov, and 1 month later started to have some lines and squares on my scree, tried to contact Stormforce Contact Support and its been a week with no answer. Dont buy from here
Came faulty, they refunded me, overall a decent company that was clearly busy over Christmas.

I would just like to say how very helpful that storm force was over Christmas holiday, we brought are son a tower and it didn’t work. So we mail them and a person called Marc, sorted it out for us when Marc was off on his Christmas holiday. It was amazing service. I can’t thank you enough xx you couldn’t do enough for us 👍 S-A
Ordered a Pc in 13 December,still didn't arrived,disappointed..... ................................................. Updated answer from Stormforce( after showing them the General Manager answer telling me it will be delivered before 08.01.2015) 07.01.2025: "This order does have a 10-14 business day lead time but this does not include days we ar closed over the festive period. I do apologise for the delay in this and we are doing all we can to get orders built and shipped to the customer." OUTRAGEOUS... 10.01.2025 Update: An estimated time delivery for the mid next week,that would be more than a month for a PC arriving from UK to UK advertised delivery being 10 to 14 working days. I don't recommend at all this company,communications is 0,non professionals

Brilliant service. PC was delivered before Christmas despite us missing the cut off date. Our Son is overjoyed with his gaming PC!
After some research, purchased a gaming PC as Stormforce gives a comprehensive 3 year parts and labour warranty and was equally competitive on pricing. Arrived in time for Christmas well packaged. Detailed Communication on delivery could have been a little better though. However My son has been absolutely delighted with it. Downloaded MS aviator simulator and runs a treat as well as his Steam account games and linked to his VR headset nicely too. WiFi 6 performance is good on this system too. Very happy with the purchase and performance. Thank you Stormforce.

Quick delivery
The PC was a fantastic price and arrived extremely quickly. When I set it up for my son, it had a helpful guide, which enabled us to get it going quickly for him. The warranty setup was also easy and quick. My son is excited to buy more additions to the unit, and we'll be using Stormforce.

Love these Desktop PCs from previous use, (Have not fully loaded or tested this one yet), also like the layout of your site & ordering process. Unfortunately on this occasion communication prior to delivery & your couriers process was absolute rubbish. Courier dumped PC on our front door, no signature required!! Had to get neighbour to quickly pick the PC up some 5 hrs later once I picked up the text messages while on holiday. I think you need to tighten up on on this delivery process or it will prove very costly.

Good comms initially but there was a quiet spot as you were building it would have been good to have an update every couple of days or so... process was easy but did enquire a couple of times to check progress as needed before Xmas for a birthday so was uncertain of dispatch date...
PC came in good condition and is running we'll so far and his handling games well
