Fantastic machine. Beyond expectations. My only niggle was the build time. It took a few days longer than expected and CS did not answer my requests for updates, I had to phone 3 times. I would advise the advertised build time be updated to 14 working days. I will purchase from Stormforce again in the future.

The PC has just arrived this morning and what a beautiful beast it is. it has been built too perfection and just in the process of firing this monster up and trying it out thank you again stormforce.

I ordered my PC on the Thursday and I received it by the following Wednesday, shipping was quick and arrived with no issues. The PC it self was perfect, exactly what I wanted and with 0 issues. I've built PC's in the past and I didn't feel like doing it this time and I'm glad I didn't as I can see how it's supposed to be done. I definitely recommend Stormforce 5/5.

Bought a gaming pc from Stormforce for son’s Christmas a few years ago and started having issues with it a few months ago - just before the warranty ran out. Contacted the company and they collected the pc. It was returned about twice with the fault not fixed. On the third time it was returned, a manager contacted us and explained some of the issues at their end but to resolve matters they would replace the pc. True to their word it was received a few days later. Son delighted with it and it’s working fine. Could not fault their communication, helpfulness and their willingness to resolve the matter. Great customer care service.

Came across Stormforce by chance and was having a nosey round their site. Bit of a fan of Razer stuff so when I saw the soundbar I clicked away!! Finance options available too (credit file depending) which made the purchase a no brainier. Well packaged and received quickly. Will definitely use again.

I ordered a ready made PC set up for my son's GCSEs, (he has a PS5 for gaming) the spec was better than the high street equivalent and cheaper. We didn't have to open the side panel to take a graphics card package out so that was good. The computer with 16gb Ram works fast, not sure why it needs 4 fans as it never gets that hot, one of the fans made a grinding noise for a few seconds but nothing of major concern otherwise. Package arrived promptly and once we signed in Son was able to access everything he needed in terms of school and his 365 account. We added a MSI 22inch monitor (£58) and under £508 we have a high spec computer that *should see him into university. All good so far.

TL;DR: 3.5/5 stars rating for poor customer communication and having to leave a review on TP to find out what was happening with the order. Delivery delayed by 3 days. Eventually, an explanation was offered. A delay compensation package was received. EDIT 2: After my TrustPilot review, the communication was picked by Stormforce Gaming's Ecommerce Manager who was very kind and understanding. He explained the situation and I eventually received the order on Tuesday 3 September before noon with a compensation package. However, having to leave a negative review on TP to get someone's attention to get the purchased order and the info on why I wasn't told about the delay meant that I had to go out of my way to get what I bought. On top of that, I had asked about the order twice within the 10-14 working days delivery slot. I wish I could leave a better rating since the Ecommerce manager was very nice, but the communication also came with excuses about the market supply delays. None of which the customer, me, was informed of as soon as this became a problem. --- EDIT 1: I'll write a properly edited update after the delivery is completed on Tuesday 3 September 2024. --- 30 August 2024 I ordered a PC on 8 August 2024. It was meant to be delivered within 10 - 14 Working Days based on StormForce's website information. It's been 15 working days today since the order was placed, and I keep trying to get some answers. I've sent inquiries while being very polite and kind (life's hard, I know, we're all busy, tired, and frustrated), but I received a dry answer about them 'hoping to ship by Day 14'. Now, hoping to ship sounds nice, but the website says delivery by Day 14, not shipment. I'd appreciate better and prompt communication from Stormforce as well as a delay compensation offer.

PSU arrived with a strange rattle. Wasnt sure it was a good idea to try using it, contacted SFG and included video of the rattle. They arranged next day pickup that day, with DPD, and had a new unit back to me in about a week.

Great, easy experience from ordering to the PC arriving, was well packaged, and works great, no issues so far, so nothing to complain about. Woould use them again when looking for another PC. Well worth the money.
