Ordered a PC early December and despite it taking a while to arrive it did arrive before Christmas as promised. The PC was stuck on "Build & Test" phase for nearly 10 days which is quite ironic because when I received the PC the XMP was not enabled and as soon as I turned it on I had blue screens every 10 seconds the PC would barely make it to the log in screen before crashing. This shows that they did not test the PC. The PC came with 4 sticks of RAM and I recall contacting them prior to building, asking if the 4 sticks of 64gb (16 x 4) can be swapped to (32 x 2) sticks because of stability concerns and they reassured me the system would be tested and in full working condition with 4 sticks. I contacted customer support and they said they would send out new RAM (in the original configuration I requested) and it should be with me early January. When that time came they told me there is no stock on the RAM and I would need to wait till it arrived which took 3 weeks! I gave 2 stars as they rectified the issue but really don't make a promise that each system is tested when that is a blatant lie. If someone doesn't understand PCs like I do they would have had their PC running with XMP turned off and would have lost out on a lot of performance...

Total frustration and disappointment regarding my recent order for a PC, which was meant to be my son’s birthday present on January 5th. Not only has the order still not arrived, but the level of communication and customer service I have received throughout this process has been extremely poor. I have had to chase this order three times and have spoken to your team on the phone twice, yet I still have not been given a proper answer as to when I can expect delivery. Instead of a real resolution, I was offered a £20 voucher, which is of no use to me. Given the delay, I would much rather receive an upgraded graphics card as a gesture of goodwill, which I have already communicated via email—yet I have received no response. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and my son is very upset that his birthday present has not arrived. The lack of communication and clear resolution has made this situation even worse. At this point, I need to know exactly when the PC will be delivered and what you intend to do to rectify this unacceptable delay. Communication with this company is extremely poor and I would not recommend buying from them.

Brought a PC for my son on the 18/01/25 and was delivered on the 25th a Saturday, my son was very excited as it was a birthday present and his first gaming PC (Stormforce Onyx Ryzen 8700G, 16G) not the best spec but still nearly &1k we set the PC up switched it on only to be greeted by a screen asking for a default user password?, as stormforce ha e no weekend support I waited until this morning, at 9.15am I called & got through they told me there was no password they could give me I would have to reinstall windows or send the PC back but it would take a week🤬, they said would send an email with instructions on how to do this, and hour passes and nothing so I called back just to confirm my email address and was told they needed to send a drive out to me & also they would send an email out to me 🤬 it's now over 3 hours since the initial call and still no email 🤷🏼 no answer back from the chat window 🤷🏼 not great customer support and again my son will be disappointed when he gets back from school as he still won't be able to use his PC 👍🏻 and it looks like it's going to be at least a couple of days until this is resolved not a good start! 🤞🏻 It never breaks down 😕

10/10 arrived late due to parts acquisition not a problem given £100 off price. Excellent customer service from Vicky. Arrived well packaged no damage very satisfied, would recommend no hesitation.

I bought a PC in peak christmas time (1st december) The order arrived within 2 weeks. The spec is what I ordered, it's nice and tidy and I've left it 6 weeks before reviewing to make sure everything is working as expected. Everything appears to be working fine, I use it for triple screen racing fine, and fps shooters. Good quality and the pricing was good for what I bought (RTX 4080 Super, ryzen 7 7800x3d, 64GB Ram, 4TB Samsung SSD, good Motherboard/MSI Cooling system - £2.3K) Overall I am happy with the experience with Stormforce.

The Prism 0652 works perfectly and it is now possible for me to enjoy Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 in VR with decent frame rates! It was perfectly understandable that there was some delay over Christmas and New Year since I did not order before the Christmas deadline.

I bought my first gaming pc throgh the very app from stormforce and have to say I'm very happy with the experience PC arrived in great condition very well packaged there was no damage and no loose cables, everything was very well put together and working straight out the box unfortunately I did experience a crash during the setup process and it seemed windows had become corrupt, the support team were very fast to reply and identified the issue almost immediately after reviewing the information and photos I sent them, they sent me a USB straight after for next day delivery with very easy to follow instructions to reinstall windows, next day USB arrived and i got my pc back up and running perfectly. I'm very happy with my pc the customer support were very helpful and friendly they got straight to the point and wasted no time sending me the USB

First time I bought a computer from Stormforce, never heard of them before. It was on Black Friday sales, the busiest time for retailers. While it took a bit longer to get it delivered it arrived before Christmas as it was a gift and Stormforce staff kept me updated with the progress. After ironing out one small issue which the customer service was very quick and accommodating to deal with, we are very happy with the product. The components are high quality and we are looking forward to enjoying it for a long time. I'm sure we'll buy from them again. Many thanks to Vicky from CS for swift action.

waited a whole month for my PC delivery and then my CPU would go above 90 degrees Celsius so had to return it and now have to wait another 2 weeks so let's see what happens when i receive the PC again.

Purchased a Crystal 0690 at the end of November in their black friday deal, once received it wouldn't turn on. Tried to return for a replacement but claimed it was too close to Christmas and that I would have to wait until the new year. Eventually returned the PC, was never confirmed what the issue was, was then told it would be 10-14 days. Followed up again today to now be told they don't actually have the parts and hoping it will be done before the end of the week. I'd have given 1 star if it wasn't for the quick response after reporting the PC was faulty. Since then each reply has been at the back end of the work day so you're waiting until the next day if you reply. Hoping I actually get a working PC before February.

I chose the Stormforce Prism 0796 after reading numerous stellar reviews on Trustpilot. What particularly caught my eye was their promise of "Attention to Detail" during assembly, a feature emphasized on their website. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a major letdown. The delivery took much longer than anticipated, and when it finally arrived, despite the excellent external packaging, I was met with a massive disappointment: the device did not display any image, with a red light next to the processor and a yellow light next to the RAM. Upon contacting customer support, I was instructed to remove and reseat the RAM, which unfortunately did not resolve the issue. Then came the biggest shock: the device was out of stock, leaving me with only two options - a refund or sending it in for repairs. It was difficult to accept the idea of repairing a brand new device that had never worked. I immediately requested a refund because this situation was extremely frustrating. Instead of receiving a ready, tested device, I was told to wait 14 business days for the device to be tested and shipped. The "Attention to Detail" promised should have accounted for these issues to avoid such problems. The feeling that the attention to detail was not applied as promised significantly affected me as a customer. I expected a high level of quality, but the experience was not satisfactory. Honestly, this experience caused me to lose trust in Stormforce, and I question the credibility of the positive reviews I read on Trustpilot. This was a disappointing purchase, and I do not think I would repeat it.

Recently bought a new pc,. Been disapointed so far how my "next day " onyx 0784 has taken nearly 18 days just to stay on the build and testing phase - being trying to get a timeframe but so far been given bo real awnser

We ordered peripherals for our pc before Christmas and were messaged right away to let us know everything would arrive in time but may be delayed due to the holiday season. The communication every step of the way is excellent and our order did arrive well before time. The keyboard, speakers, headset, mouse, headset stand and xbox controller were all very well packed and work great.

Prompt reply advising me that as it was a busy period and there may be a delay, which I had fully expected as I had left it late. Quickly updated and advised me that they had got stock in. Item duly delivered on date and time stated. I was kept informed at all time. Thanks.

Was very excited about my high spec gaming PC purchase, but after setting it all up it couldn't even run simple games like Roblox. It was a Xmas present! The graphic card wasn't working and the PC was using the CPU graphics instead. 2 weeks later and still not resolved the issue... This was a 3rd gaming PC I bought from Stormforce, and never had this kind of an issue. Makes me wonder - what's changed Stormforce?

After being told it would not be delivered before Christmas. They went above and got it out to great service. The pc it's self is amazing absolutely no issues easy to set up very happy. Night and day difference to my old one. Would definitely recommend stormforce for anyone looking got get into pc gaming or even to upgrade again great service very happy thank you
