I was very dissapointed not to recieve my delivery. Without a phone cato say why etc. I know the delivery company had my number as they phoned me 5 days previous. The outcome was that the delivery came the next morning just after Stoncrete called me to say it was on its way. The pallet wax brought to exactly where I wanted it.Very well packed and secure. All now removed with no breakages. The slabs look great and will Im sure be even better when laid !

Excellent patio circle delivered on time and professionally. Item packaged well but 2 slabs chipped on transit. Contacted Stonecrete and Damon sent out 2 replacements the same day. Brilliant customer service 😁

Great service and delivery

Very pleased with the Olde York Circle Patio Kit. Excellent quality slabs which fit together perfectly, at 44mm they are thicker than most from DIY stores sold at a higher price. Slabs arrived 2 - 3 weeks after ordering as promised. Colour is exactly as illustrated on line. Free delivery on orders over £150 so I ordered a bag of cement to take order total to this level - which seems very fair. Received direct phone call from delivery company the week before delivery to arrange delivery day. Only slight downside was that delivery company couldn't give an approx time and they didn't arrive until after 5pm - no great problem for us however as we are retired. I would definitely order from Stonecrete again.

I under ordered but Damon came to the rescue!!!! Ordered me 2 more regency coping stones with best price and delivery charge! They arrived in under a week. Excellent service for premium quality product and beyond excellent customer service from Damon!
