Delivery took a little longer than I expected but that may have been because I did not want delivery on a large pallet truck and requested a smaller vehicle due to access issues. A smaller vehicle was provided by the haulier and the driver was excellent. The pavers seem to be good quality.

The stone arrived in good shape but it took longer than I thought it should.

When I placed the order I was originally given a delivery date of 2-3 weeks but had holiday booked the following week so I emailed on the off chance something could be done. James responded immediately saying he would try to move things around to accommodate me and the patio was delivered 4 days later, I was kept informed all the way along, the delivery driver was a chirpy chappy and the set was in very good condition. Excellent service from start to finish with a great product, highly recommend them, 5 star all round

Excellent service from stonecrete had a broken slab in a delivery which was obviously broken in transit and stonecrete sent me not on but three replacements in good time , good service no complaints

I ordered 30 slabs to use as wall cappings. Unfortunately when the pallet arrived one of the supports had failed and 15 of the slabs were unusable. I emailed them with pictures of the broken slabs and they organised replacements straight away. The staff l contacted were frienndly and helpful. So overall l cant give 5 stars but if the pallet hadn't failed it would be. The slabs were very good quality
