Quality is fine, over 2 months to get 2 capping stones not so fine

We have been looking for concrete balustrades for over 10 years and Stonecrete was recommended to us by a local company. We travelled out to Scratby soon after lockdown and found exactly what we wanted. We had to wait a few months as the balustrades had to be purposely made, but it was worth the wait. They are now installed in the garden and we couldn't be more pleased. Excellent service, excellent quality and excellent price. Have also recommended the company to family and friends. Thank you 👍

Lack of commumnication having to phone up numerous times to find out when my order was going to be delivered. When I arranged a day to receive my order it wasn't delivered, but then delivered on the day that i phoned up to change.

Chose from the clear online catalogue regency pier caps and capstones. Ordering was straightforward and warned because of Covid there could be a considerable wait for delivery. Turned out to be 16 weeks. When delivered the items were very well packed on a pallet, no chips or breakages. Extremely pleased with the look and finish.

Sadly this company let me down, delivery was nearly 1 month longer than the expected 6 weeks promised, when I enquired via email twice I did not receive a response finally on calling they stated that they didn’t have a clue why my order had slips through the net and that they would follow it up and call me later, later that day they did confirm that I’d receive my Order in the next few days, thankfully I did.

Mine is a mixed review. My products took a very long time to arrive (around 4 months) and when they did they were broken. Although this was probably partly down to the transport company it was still very frustrating after such a long time. However, when I reported the damage the service team were very helpful and quickly picked up the damaged goods and replaced them within a week or so.

Generally staff are pretty good! My order took ages to arrive, I was given a date approx 2 months but had to call a couple of times to find out why my order hadn’t shipped! I have the product now finally! Can’t install now due to poor weather!
