Delivered on time. Informed along the way. A piece was missing, emailed the team and they responded promptly. Would order again.
Ordered sone samples. Said they would despatch that day ie Friday. Not collected by parcel delivery firm til Tuesday and by Friday still not delivered. When contacted them seemed uninterested and no suggestions hiw to help except they should get to me sone time.
Ordered via the web and after a phone call to stonecrete. And I still got it wrong but the problem was queried by the company and corrected. A short delivery was ms rectified without drama. Great service and great product. Well done to stonecrete. Will buy from again.

Rough edges of stone packed against smooth finished stone creating some damaged pieces.

Staff were very helpful and polite . Ordered 66 slabs ..7 were broken but we decided to do alittle crazy paving as well so all turned out OK in the end . Quick service ... thank u all xx
