They were very polite over the phone (a vastly underrated quality these days) and professional in the way they handled my order. There was some damage to slabs that I ordered during transit, but after bringing this to their attention they resolved the issue very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Two copings had broken in transit. Apologies made. They were replaced as quickly as could be managed. No quibbles! The wall and pillars look great.

Very positively surprised at their honesty. I ordered a paving circle with 3x corners for my garden as I did not read the description properly and didn't notice they came in kits. The fine gentleman called me, questioning why I would need so many corners for one circle and explained. I got my money refunded within a few hours! Product and delivery also spot on.
