The product was good but the communication on delivery wasn't. I hadn't heard anything from the delivery company so I called you helpline and spoke to Damon. He called the delivery company and booked the delivery for the next Thursday. It arrived on the Saturday morning - luckily I was in!

Disappointed with the quality of my sills ,colour is inconsistent also bubbles that where in the Concrete that have dryed have left open cavities to the exposed outside face’s . Extremely disappointed.

The Driver was so helpful as I am wheelchair bound and was prepared to move the slabs into my garden 1 at a tune he without me asking moved them for me I was so greatful and appreciated 🙏 the help not many drivers woukd assist even if asked to do so.

Excellent customer service- arranging delivery date and recommending different colour. Delivered on time and well packaged on pallet. Deliverer very helpful moving pallet to safe place on driveway. Lost a star because two of the sun ray slabs cracked when tamping down. Found that slabs were slightly bowed. Didn't return them as couldn't wait for replacement. Crack slightly visible but can live with this.

Received my slabs in good time

Ordered 3 of their Norfolk range for my new garden wall. They arrived on time however, all 3 were slightly damaged. I spoke with the guys at Stonecrete who promptly manufactured 3 more and delivered free of charge just 2 weeks later. Well done guys,
