When we ordered this product we were told that we would have to wait over a month for delivery. Which was fine but the dates promised did not happen. We were told that our stones would arrive a couple of weeks later. Which was so annoying as we were waiting to complete the job. Nice stones though and was delivered with a friendly driver.

Great product range and helpful Dropped 1 star due to the delivery date being offered on website as about 2 weeks, as soon as order placed then given revised date of 2 months I was in no hurry and the later date was not an issue for me this time, would have cancelled the order and gone elsewhere. Delivery was also excellent, contacted in advance and the driver on the day could not have been more helpful Overall very happy and will order again
Great looking tiles and good service
Bought a worn lime semi circle and slabs to extend it, delivered earlier than expected and no breakages. A fantastic addition to my garden and will definitely be buying from Stonecrete again.

Speedy service. Great quality of 300 x 300 riven slabs. Nicely amd safely delivered to mid Scotland. Only comment was almost put off by expense of transport.
Looking forward to receiving the item that has not yet been delivered ..... awaiting delivery next Monday. Fingers crossed

Nice quality products. When raising queries, response was swift and this was appreciated. Feel that Comms could be more proactive as I felt I had to chase where the order was and also a seemingly long lead time between order and delivery.

There is a relatively long delivery time but there is advice to wait until they arrive on the website before arranging workman so it wasn't a great surprise. Once the delivery date was arranged though the delivery was on time and the product arrived well packaged and in good condition.
