Very good customer service . A couple of sills were damaged , presumably in transit . It was easy to speak to someone and they were replaced quickly.
Able to order our cills over the phone, rather than the website, I prefer to speak to a real person, we were kept up to date re order and manufacture. Delivered on a pallet, with care. Faultless experience to be honest.

3 of the cappings I ordered where broken straight off the pallet, this was dealt with in a very professional manner and the new cappings are getting delivered in 2/3 weeks
found the product i needed for my building project for reasonable price and delivery - was kept up to date on ETA and driver delivered pallate onto drive successfully
I ordered a half circle to use as a step. I waited over a month before they were delivered. The colour of the slabs are nothing like the picture on the website. Quite disappointed.

I ordered 20mm washed gravel thinking it would be clean. It was delivered by travis perkins in travis perkins bags. It wasn't washed gravel. I paid £110 per bulk bag when travis perkins sold the same stone for £42 per bulk bag. The person that I spoke to originally was not helpful in the slightest.
