I was looking for a replacement for Windows Office 2010. The 365 version is pricey, so I looked for the 2019 Home and Student version. The price was very reasonable so I bought it. That was straightforward, and after downloading and activating, everything is great. A good experience all round!

It would have been helpful to advise removing any preinstalled Office. It was a bit time consuming compared to loading with a bought DVD loaded with Office but well worth it because of the cost saving.

Bought the office pro, at first, it wouldn't allow me to authenticate it, called the number to MS help and it worked. So if this happens just follow the instructions in the email that comes with the code. Recommended

As was reported by some, I thought this was a scam, but thought it was worth the risk so I purchased the software using paypal. I was really surprised when I recieved the code via email and using the instructions provided I was up and running within 15 minutes. I was a bit worried when I tried to activate online and it said I didnt have any licenses remaining. It directed me to call the phone activation and this worked perfectly. I definitely recommend Softmall.co.uk.

Software activation a bit fiddly, but I guess that’s not Softmalls fault. Otherwise all OK, response quick, and software is working.

I've used SoftMall twice. I had to rebuy the product as my new laptop upon which I originally loaded the software was faulty so had to send it back and when I went to load it on the replacement it would obviously not take the key twice. The second time I couldn't use the on-line activation and after guidance from a SoftMall employee who responded to my email promptly I was able to activate it. Very happy with the product and service just confusing regarding the activation.

Price was really good especially being a student and I spoke to ‘Paul’ on live chat and he helped me making it easy to download and explain the process. 10/10 would recommend.
