I was initially wary of this site as the price for Office seemed 'too good to be true'. I was also wary about having to call Microsoft for the license key. After checking it out a bit more I decided to go ahead and order. To be fair by following the supplied instructions it was all relatively simple (albeit a bit time-consuming with the phone call) and I'm now the proud owner of a working copy of Office Pro 2019.

Ordering and receiving the software was straightforward. Instructions to download, install and register with MS were clear. One hiccup was that the Windows files were not found in my PC as defined in the instructions so launching applications was not as expected. As I'm quite computer literate I manged to sort. All OK.

I was a bit dubious about the price of the Microsoft 2019 software but as you could pay by Paypal I decided to take the risk. I'm glad I did the order process and receipt of the package was really quick. I did have to activate the software by telephone with Microsoft but its up and running with no problems at all. I can thoroughly recommend Softmall.

After a little trepidation about using a site with such low prices, I bought the standalone Office 2019 for my daughter's PC and the only issue was that it needed the slightly laborious telephone registration option and wouldn't do it online, otherwise, all is well and I'll definitely consider using them again.

The link came through very quickly and following the instructions I was able to download the software and use the office immediately.

Download was fine. However, when I tried to register online Microsoft said this product had been registered too many times. I contacted Softmall who advised me to register via telephone. This worked but it was a pain having to type in numbers via phonepad and then write down a new code, etc, etc. Got there eventually and all appears well. Why I can register this product by telephone but not online is beyond me.

I must admit that I had reservations about this, but thought that as it was not a lot of money I would give it a go, well boy was I surprised. This has got to be the deal of the year, So simple to download and install, maybe the only drawback is the long code from microsoft, best to write it down and use later.
