Wanted a product for my machine ordered and received instant email with key. Entered and downloaded, now using software inside of 5 mins.

Rewritten this review. I gave 1 star before but after they reached out I had to change to 5 star. This gentleman called Paul mailed me. I still had issues but that's because I'm not technically gifted. This gentle paul must have emailed me within 1 hour or sooner after I had another problem. I have now got this resolved and very happy. My advise use the email on their website. Super quick response.

Great service, online chat very helpful. I couldn't believe the price! so cheap plus free upgrade to office professional. I only need it for myself so extremely cost effective at £19.99 for the office package, highly recommmended! Had to confirm activation over the phone but it was easy and all genuine Microsoft product downloaded through the official site. Very pleased

I was pleasantly surprised by the Windows10 offer from Softmall and decided to take it. The entire procurement process was quick and smooth. The Paypal transaction details were in a different language (not English), but not sure if this something I should be concerned about. Overall, I am a happy customer!

Very happy with Office 2019 I purchased. Easy to set up best do it by the automated telephone number. Bit disappointed that I wasn't offered a free upgrade. Great product.

Great experience - just wanted an up to date version of Microsoft Office as support withdrawn from my 2010 Home & Student version - SoftMall provided the 2019 Professional version for no extra charge - very happy with pricing - this was for my second computer having already installed it on my laptop. Downloaded and installed without the slightest hitch.

Good service, purchase Microsoft Office, no real issues. Only suggestion I would ask that the download instructions were a little clearer , ie fool proof. I nearly got caught out.

I thought it was a scam. It's just not. It's an absolute steal and a most have! Don't over pay for office again. Use SoftMall. ;)

I was sceptical especially when I saw the price but I decided to take the risk and I'm so glad that I did. The download worked exactly as advertised and Office has been working perfectly.

I recently did a search for Microsoft office software, because I didn't want to buy a subscription to Microsoft as I feel subscriptions are unfair. My search results came up with a lot of alternative places to buy subscriptions and some more expensive software options. I then came across Softmall. Never really heard of it before and was a bit suspicious of the price of 19.99 for Office 2019 Home and Student. Even though I hadn't heard of them I had read some good reviews, so thought I'd have a go for 19.99. Such an easy process. I clicked the link for the software download (yes its a download, but that's not a problem as the download is coming straight from Microsoft). The software downloaded and I started the installation procedure. Somewhere in the information Softmall did state that it is best going through the Telephone activation, so eventually I did that and the activation of the installed software when very smoothly. When I initially attempted to do the activation procedure using the online method it informed me that the software had been activated already (which worried me a bit) but suggested I used the telephone activation. As mentioned, even though the online method didn't work, the telephone method worked fine. Thanks Softmall, will not hesitate in using you again in the future.

The response was as promised, immediate. It would have been helpful if advised to remove the existing, preinstalled time limited Office before starting installation. The instructions were easy to follow and worked after the existing, preinstalled time limited Office was removed. Don't expect the installation to be as quick as a DVD installation, but the cost makes up for that.

This is not a scam! It works very well. The only slightly worrying moment was when using the activation key online, it said there were too many copies registered. Switched to phone activation and it was quick and easy. Make sure you have a pen handy to take down the long long number they give you. Fantastic. So so pleased. Got upgraded to Professional 2019 for free too. Highly recommend

Fond by googling for Microsoft Office prices and realised how close the company office was to our foodbank in case of difficulty. Much assured by seeing it was part of a bona fide shop. The ordering was simple online and the delivery of a key number by e mailswift. Our tech bod was able to upload it onto a laptop and it all worked very well.
