Purchased Microsoft Office for Home and Student and got a free upgrade to Office 2019. Easy to download and as others had suggested I opted for the telephone activation post installation. Easy to do although lots of numbers to type in and lots to enter into the computer but straight forward enough. Everything appears to be working fine. Very impressed with the value for money.

I purchased a copy of Microsoft Office from Soft Mall on 19 November and downloaded it when the link arrived later that day. I found I couldn't progress without restarting my computer and when that was done, the 'Start' button and 'taskbar' would no longer respond. I looked on line for help, but nothing worked. I uninstalled Office and reset the computer to a previous date, but to no avail. I tried phoning Soft Mall but they were always busy. However I managed to communicate with them via Live Chat a week later and was given an email address. I sent them a message stating the problem but now, ten days later, I have heard nothing. I am now very worried that my computer may have been hijacked in some way and I am at a loss as to what to do next.

on line chat cleared all my queries in very helpful way. Order completed immediately and link to microsoft went straight through

I bought a copy of Office 2019 from Soft mall. They accidentally debited my card twice. I have now requested credit of my credit card twice. Can you please ask them to deal with the sum of £19.99

Lack of clear instruction on how the purchase would be delivered/installed meant I had to call Microsoft support to recover the software - I still dont have the product key and I never received a response to an email I sent to Softmall
