I bought three copies of Office 2019 on SoftMall web site - the codes came very quickly and the price was excellent. I used the Microsoft automated phone activation for 2 -done sequentially - straightforward but needs concentration. I used the Microsoft personal system for another - the person was great, but Microsoft's automated way of getting there is painful. All three working fine.

Microsoft Office - Home & Student 2019 version for a very good price, upgraded to Professional version for no extra charge. Downloaded and activated with the code provided, validated by Microsoft - up and running. A pleasing purchase to replace the 2010 version that Microsoft no longer support.

Was sceptical due to the price. I needed Excel but for very short term usage so didn't want to be paying £70 a year at all. Great price for what turned out to be Professional version. Was easy enough to install and you 100% have to go through the phone verification and that does work. Happy for the price and can pay with PayPal which means I was happy to part with the cash. Look simple fact is you get what you pay for and the key arrived on time.

Getting the actual Microsoft office easy minutes to download, now for the installation omg , 12 hours of messing about , this wasn't your company's fault by the way, It's all over the internet lots of people struggle trying to load Microsoft office no matter where they bought it from, In the end I turned off firewall, removed every antivirus software I had on my computer and retried , after 12 hours of trying to figure out how to load it, final it worked , Microsoft you need to sort out this issue, pathetic from a company your size, after it had installed I turned on firewall and downloaded my antivirus software, my actual buying experience was good by the way from yourselves

Downloaded Microsoft Office, received the key immediately and got a free upgrade to Pro version I believe. Then checked my email to from PayPal to see Cyrillic name as the vendor!!! OMG what have I done??? Worried sick I have given out my details to a hacker. I will gladly remove this review once I get assurances that no "funny business" happens, thankfully there is no financial details on this PC. Mcafee will be scanning the software too.....

Excellent value for MS Office Home and Student 2019 and even got a free upgrade to Professional when purchasing. Simple purchase and download. Registering by phone with Microsoft (as instructed) a bit long-winded, but overall very happy with the purchase.

Had some problems activating the product initially. I contacted Soft Mall and the advisor was very helpful and patiently sorted the problem out.
