Bargain office package. Genuinely surprised at the deal we got. I am no techy but even I could load it up although the telephone confirmation procedure was a bit odd and long winded. That said, well worth the effort. Very very happy.

Unfortunately I had difficulty installing Office Home and Student onto both my PC and my laptop. This had been upgraded to Office Pro kindly by Soft Mall although I only wanted the lower specification programme to replace an earlier version. Both times Microsoft rejected the codes online as well as on the telephone and I had to request further codes which Paul from Soft Mall provided very quickly and efficiently. However it made the installation process unnecessarily long and arduous for an elderly "techie". I know others have commented on this problem in the reviews, however if you have time and energy to follow the process through, Soft Mall are a responsive company when problems occur and I would recommend with a slight hesitation, particularly if I knew that the installer did not have much tech knowledge.
