I have a new laptop with nothing on it I use Microsoft word at work so knew this is what I wanted. I found the website very easy to navigate the price was exceptional for everything. Easy to download and star using.

Worked seamlessly and a quick telephone activation later was up and running within 15 minutes.

I was slightly dubious when buying from the website but I need not have worried. The process of buying and then activating my product key was easy and straightforward.

A great value way to get Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher. The instructions are clear and easy to follow though there are some long numbers (MS licence keys) to input which you need to take your time with and do carefully. I bought and installed it first for my own laptop. Having no problems and being successful, I then bought and installed it for my wife's laptop. Again it was successful and without any problems. Allow about 20 minutes, follow the instructions, take your time and you'll successfully load permanent versions of these essential products for a great, one-off price. One note: before installation, uninstall any other versions of MS Office (e.g. preloaded, unlicensed and unactivated versions on new laptops). Recommended.

Got the product and had issues loading it. Got a quick e mail response (very quick considering it was Christmas!) which resolved the issue.

I was really impressed with Softmall. I have never upgraded my Excel and needed to change from 2007 to 2019 on Windows 10. I didn't want to buy a whole new Office package or spend £60+ for Office 365 every year as I don't use it enough to justify the expense. Also I was very wary of upgrading in case anything went wrong. After reading lots of reviews about Softmall I bought Office Home and Student for £19.99 and was given a free upgrade to Office Professional version when I checked out. It was really easy to download - direct from my Microsoft account so no worries about authenticity of the software. I went through the telephone activation as recommended and everything from start to finish went smoothly, took maybe half an hour at most? That is from purchase to fully up and running. Very happy I used Softmall and would recommend to anyone needing a cost effective upgrade.

I bought MSOffice digital download after reading the reviews online. I was wary at first because it seemed too good to be true but after some deliberation decided to do it and I’m glad I did. The instructions were simple to follow and even though I had some trouble registering it, being sent to the telephone registration option, even that turned out to be a simple procedure. All I had to do was follow the prompts and enter my code which then generated a code to put into the registration. The software itself works beautifully.

Brilliant. Full version of office 2019 an Visio for a reasonable price. No subscription. Genuine registration with Microsoft. I thought this may be a scam but it isn’t. I recommend the registration by phone with microsoft too. If microsoft could be bothered to fix the heading rows repeat bug i tables that has been there since Word 6 in 1995 then I wouldn’t mind paying more!

When I ordered from Softmall I was in two minds in wether to buy it or not because Windows was selling the office activation key for £120 whereas Softmall were selling it for £20. Alas, the key worked but with some difficulty. Once going on to Word, activation wizard wouldn't let me activate over internet and it came with an error message. Becuase of this, I had to go through the long telephone method which took a while but worked.

Bought 2 copies of Office 2019 Professional and found that the keys sent were rejected by Microsoft. But after spending over an hour on the phone to Microsoft going through their painfully elaborate verification process they worked fine, apart from the failure to recognize the new version when opened using File Explorer. I had to uninstall the old version( Office 2007) and then do the Quick Repair found in Windows 10 Control Panel to fix Office 2019, which got Excel working properly. Worth the effort to avoid Office 365, but not for the faint hearted.
