I purchased microsoft office 2019 pro from Softmall and was worried I was taking a big chance as it seemed to good to be true. The key I received immediately reported that it had already been used to activate the product and I was so disappointed and thought I had fallen for a scam website. I emailed them with a short one line sentence 2 months later when I read the trust pilot reviews and got an immediate response tonight - Saturday (31st Jan) (11pm!) to resolve the problem with a new key code to register the product by following the telephone registration instructions and it was quickly resolved and all of office is now downloaded and working perfectly! I am only sorry that I waited so long to email them. Very grateful. Very good service and great value for money. Will definitely use them again and refer to all my friends!

I bought Office from softmall, and the product key they gave me worked for a month, but then the product stopped working. Microsoft support told me this was a scam key that was sent around to lots of different people. I asked for my money back from softmall and they gave me a refund, but I would not purchase from this site.

I am very pleased with the Microsoft Office software I bought from SoftMall which has performed faultlessly. The installation of the software was a relatively straightforward process.

I was given a faulty product key for Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus. I've tried to activate it through the phone multiple times and still it does not work. So I emailed them, and within the hour they replied (at around 11:30pm). They gave me a different product key, and now it works. Thank you so much for the speedy reply.

Needed to quickly purchase a prog for M/S Outlook. You pays your money and hey presto, I am updated. Great and quick service, unbeatable and with good prices!

I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to IT and whilst the programme was very easy to buy and download, I found it quite difficult and frustrating to validate. Unable to do so either on-line or by telephone but the SoftMall team did respond to my email fairly quickly and a couple of quick phone calls via Microsoft resolved the problems and got me up and running.

Simple and straight forward process to purchase and download, I was a little sceptical regarding the offer for Windows Home and Student as it was so cheap. However, no need to be the software is exactly as described and works well, I had some issues with final installation due to the mail with my key code going into spam but the chat line assistants were superb and got me sorted out in no time. Excellent service all round.

I believe the mark of a company's excellence is in the way that they deal with problems - and this company has excelled. I bought a product on which there was some issue with the product key - and thought it would take an age to fix / millions of emails / problems with computer activation hassles. But no. Within 4 hours (after 6pm...) they had got back to me with the solution, fixed the whole issue and I was up and running. Very impressive.

A week in and all is well. Download and activation went smoothly. Price point excellent. Slightly curious the payee was an individual, but no reason that it shouldn’t be a sole trader.

Purchased MS Office 2019 Home & Student. Received a free upgrade to Professional suite. Easily installed via the Microsoft website and activated by entering the key and phoning the Microsoft activation helpline. Excellent price for a product that works as promised.

Really easy to install. I was a bit sceptical about what I was getting for the price but had absolutely no problems. On installing the software as part of the process I had to ring Microsoft for a code again this was straightforward. I'm not particularly tech savvy but didn't have problems. I recommend buying this.

I recently bought a Microsoft product online When I came to pay I was directed to SoftMall. OK I thought if that's who Microsoft use....so be it....but who are they. It was not a huge financial payment so I went with 'Buy Now' I needn't have bothered all went very well and I got my code etc within seconds. So I have no issues with SoftMall at all. So 5 stars I wish Microsoft had at least said " you will now be redirected to SoftMall for payment etc etc etc.

I am generally skeptical buying anything from internet as I have both good and bad experiences. When I saw the MS Office for student and Home for one machine advertise on SoftMall web site I could not believe my eyes. I had a lengthy discussion with their live chat who explained me in detail about their prices and validity of the the soft ware which I ordered it straight away. I got back in less than a minute and their live chat adviser patiently stayed on line until MS office was installed on my new computer. Great service and will recommend them any time. Thank you.
