Second purchase of software, this time I purchased Microsoft Office 2019. Instructions received within minutes. Installed and Registered (By telephone), within and hour. No problems at all. Excellent service.

Very easy to buy received the code immediately. Loaded no problem just missed the part about phoning to complete process instead of online! Online failed but when I did as recommended by doing over the phone it worked no problem. Everything I have used so far is great. Would highly recommend.

I purchased two copies of MS Office 2019 in June and October of 2020 but when I had to reinstall one of the copies a few days ago I was told by Microsoft that they are both developers' copies which have been activated many times. Both were originally registered over the phone and work extremely well but now both my wife and I can't use the software. I believe that both products and/or services were mis-sold and have emailed Softmall but as yet they have not come back to me. I would like them to provide me with two 'genuine' products keys as originally purchased but I guess I will have to go elsewhere.

Purchased Office 2019, worked for a few weeks then needed reactivating out of the blue. Product key no-longer worked, spent an hour on the phone to Microsoft who tried their best to work it out but said this was a common occurrence when buying from 2nd party. Wasted lots of time trying to resolve and when I contacted softmall they couldn't of cared less but readily offered me a refund. I suspect this happens quite a lot considering their response.

From order confirmation through to receiving the relevant registration instructions and loading and registering the product all progressed promptly without any difficulties. You have to register using a phone number rather than on line but the whole process took 15 mins from logging on to being able to access the software...just haver a pen and paper ready to write down lots of numbers

I bought Office Pro Plus 2019, and at a great price. SoftMall sent me the download info, The download went smoothly from MS, and I started using the software. I then found that I had to 'authorise' it as well, and this process is a proper pain in the rear. Not soft Malls fault, its Microsoft. Because I am essentially lazy, I put it off too long, and the software stopped working! after spending about 6 hours trying to get it sorted at MS, I turned to SoftMall and it was sorted with an email - a new product key and I was running fine 20 minutes later. I couldn't be happier. 5 stars for saving me from my own laziness.

The product did not work and I have had very little response. I am hoping this is just bad timing and that this will be resolved in January, but right now I am not impressed at all.

Although the price of £21.99 (up from £19.99 the day before: should have set alarm bells ringing) for Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Student seemed too good to be true, I went ahead and bought it. When I tried to validate my copy with Microsoft I was told that it was not a legitimate copy and its sale was in violation of some law (I missed which one as I was too annoyed with what I'd heard). I'm giving the firm 2 stars purely because the help I'd received pre-purchase was ok and I received an instant refund when I complained. Don't be taken in by the 'incredible value': only use the firm if you like being conned!

Given confidence by other Trustpilot reviews I clicked to buy Office 2019 Home & Student, and was offered Office 2019 Professional for only £10 more so bought that. I asked for some help and the online chat was quick and efficient. After downloading and installing it I couldn't find Office on the laptop - only eventually realising the programs (eg Word) are listed individually. I then phoned the freephone MS activation number and all went smoothly - even if the 8 groups of 6 digit numbers were tedious to read out, enter and write down! The company appears to be UK-based but my PayPal receipt showed payment to a name written in Cyrillic characters.

That went very well. Then I used it for my wife, 2 days' later, and you'd reduced the price from a very good 50 to 30. So not quite 5 stars.
