Thanks to previous reviews I also gave this "seems too good to be true" Office download a whirl! I had an installation query and got a reply to my email in less than 5 minutes with the solution which then enabled me to get the product. The installation phone call took 7 minutes (have a pen & paper handy) but it worked and I'm very happy.

As many I was sceptical, but after a long process ( a 30 digits activation key + 4 hours of download + a 70 digits validation key + a phone call + a 48 digits confirmation key ), it works. So not 5 stars, but good enough for the price.

I purchased MS Office 2019. The price is weirdly inexpensive but it worked! Note: I was sceptical, but with PayPal as payment method I knew I had some protection. ***TIP*** Add MS Office Home to basket (£20) and it offers you the upgrade to the Pro license for an extra £10. £30 for a full lifetime license of office pro?! Yes please! Would recommend. You're already saving a fortune and if you ever need any of the other bits they could end up mighty expensive. Product key received instantly. Follow simple instructions to activate. You need to verify the product key. Seller recommended the fully automated phone call method - typing in a load of numbers over the phone. So I did that. 5 mins later, full office pro 2019 for £30. You don't speak to anyone. Sure it's a little tedious entering like 60 digits but smile when you compare the price to going into Currys for it... £119.99 for the home one... Can't really be anything other than 5 stars!

Bought Home Office got key and instructions instantly plus upgrade to Pro Version. Followed all the instructions and phoned Microsoft for activation which was the only hassle but lest be fair your saving a lot of cash here.

I first reported a code activation issue on 4th March 2021. They agreed it was blocked. 11 days and 5 chat reports later and still no response. Request for refund ignored. No one answering phones either. I don't normally do reviews but this has been an extremely frustrating experience

Product took a while to set up but worked , with excellent customer service to ensure all went well. Sensible product at a good price.

Had a query with the software I purchased shortly after buying and downloading. Sent an email which was responded to within minutes resolving the issue (that was entirely my fault!!!) Have purchased before an would have no hesitation in buying again from them. Good to know there is some meaningful after sales.

Initial code failed on registration but problem quickly resolved by the technical team -- a new code fixed the problem

The product seems to be OK but had a lot of difficulty down loading Your contact helped in the end after a while the phone link sounded as tho they were at the end of large pipe with echo

Online purchase was simple and straight forward and then activation key was sent immediately. Once you have the initial key you have to call a number to get the second part but the number appeared to be not recognised, however I then used the online chat facility and it was all sorted in a few minutes. Programme works as it should and was very competitively priced.

The is real you just need to activate it via telephone. its a superb experience.. definitely recommended
