Very please with my experience. Code was sent immediately, unfortunately this code didn’t work but after informing them they sent me a new one the same day which worked & was easy to set up. Overall very please & would recommend.

Didn't work online, had to phone and actually speak to a person at MS.... but worked fine then. Happy customer, worth the hassle for the money saved.

Cheap MS office package. Have to do a wee thing with phone to authenticate and activate but only takes 5 mins. I bought one for my laptop and one for daughter’s. Bargain.

I was a little apprehensive at first in dealing with these guys since they did not look at first to be ligitimate agents for the sale of microsoft software. Having checked them out through research I went ahead with my purchase of product which was at a very good price. I had a problem taking the process forward initially after my purchase but had an online chat with Charlie who proved to be very helpful. I am happy with the service and the products.

I downloaded the MS Office 2019 software and followed the instructions. Whilst the telephone authorization was a bit long winded, it worked! I purchased the software on behalf of a friend who is blind and he is thoroughly happy with his newly updated software.

I believe it’s a scam, payment is made to an Russian account, the software didn’t work and the phone number to ring didn’t exist. DO NOT USE

Good price, and the product works fine. An awful lot of letters in the download, but that makes it all the more secure. I would definitely recommend.

It’s clearly dodgy. But I don’t care. Follow the instructions, and it does take about 10 minutes or so through the automated voice call. But when you’re saving £100, I’ll take it all day long. Easy to do, just make sure you read the instructions clearly.

When I first saw the Word package i was unsure about using it but on reading further i felt sure it was just what I needed. I am retired and didn't want to pay monthly or yearly large amounts for the garage I would need. The SoftBall offer was perfect. I downloaded it into my pc with no problem and completed the final activation code on my iPhone. I have had no trouble since and I'm very pleased with the whole package. Thank you SoftMall

Bought a new laptop and needed Office and windows upgrade. Purchase, down load and activation was kidsplay, so easy and the cost is exceptionally good.

Hassle free purchase, and prompt refund. Unfortunately response from technical team did never happen.

Purchased M&S Office 2019 Home and Student for £19.99, as opposed to the 'official' price of £119.99 This company can 'offer' this price because they have purchased a multi seat licence (to be used by businesses) and then sell the individual seats to the public. This is not allowed by Microsoft so in theory you can be 'taken to court' and you access revoked. I received a receipt from the company with Russian text on it. Additionally to activate the key I was told you had to ring a number rather than the standard method of activating online. The explanation they gave was that sometimes the MS servers were down so you couldn't access, but telephone contact always worked. MS servers are not often down. That is a plain lie. Further if you try to contact the company Softmall directly, their telephone number is always engaged as others have said. I have no way of knowing if the activation telephone call is at a high cost call rate. I have no way of knowing whether the MS package has been tampered with so that your computer could get infected. The company in London appears to be selling products received from a company in St. Petersburg. Because of my questioning, I received another mail later stating they had cancelled my order and refunded my money. Buyer beware. I tried to report this to Microsoft but Ive struggled to do so so far. Whilst using this package probably would have been ok, I really don't like the dodgy set up.

I was pretty sceptical about buying a copy of Office Home for £20 but it works perfectly. Be aware that the windows activation window in app doesn't accept the code but if you chose the activate by phone option it works fine. From what I can see this was the same for some others too, very pleased

Mine works fine...so far; bought on 12.2.21. The seller is a Russian entrepreneur in St Petersburg. The payment confirmation message is: "You sent a payment of £19.99 GBP to (personal info which has had to be deleted to comply with Trust Pilot regulations)" It's in Russian cyrillic so I used Google Translate. Soft mall did not reply to my email asking who the supplier was. As it works fine I guess you have to consider if anything has been included in the software...e.g. spyware. The price direct with Microsoft is £119.99. It does fit the line that "if the price is too good to be true then it probably is" Maybe somebody can add to this?
