I received my swimming snugs last week and have used them 3 times now They are brilliant! No water gets in my ears at all so post swimming there is no head tipping, ear plunging etc! The lanyard is the perfect length so I can tuck them into the top if my swimming costume for extra safety. I love that one is red for right and one is blue. As you can tell I am delighted! I rarely write reviews either 😁
Very hard to fault this product. I have bought moulds from Snugs before and they have not let me down. Great fit and, crucially, there is a reassuring bond with the earphones - in my case the Bose Quiet Comfort Noise Cancelling ones. I don't think the benefit of the moulds is quite as much as with non-noise cancelling earphones, the combination of which I have had in the past. It may not be an issue to some but I thought I should mention it. The moulds are still a five star product, in my opinion.
Great service and product. Not cheap but well worth it. Perfect with my Shure IEMs.

I have very small inner ears and regular headphones don't fit me as they just fall out. I have now had two pairs of snugs and love them. The most recent pair were made to fit airpods and I now no longer worry about them falling out when I'm running. When they were first made, I had a problem with the fit and they sorted it out straight away. Definitely recommend them!
I bought some snugs for my apple AirPods Pro. Sent off the impression I obtained at our local audiologist. They arrived very fast really. Unfortunately the one for the right ear developed a tear less than a week after buying. The service has been excellent. I needed to send it back (they provided a postage paid label) but they did not wait for its return before authorising a replacement. It took a couple of weeks to return. Very good as it was Christmas week when I sent them back. I would rate the service as excellent. The true face of a company can be seen when things don’t go necessarily as planned. Cannot fault this company on that score
So I bought these on Christmas Day. There was an ad banner reminding people to buy a gift card by the 22nd to made sure it arrived in time for Christmas, as well as one stating Snugs arriving may take a little longer due to high order volume. I assumed that the second banner notifying people of a delay in arriving would be due to Snugs needing to use AI to analyse people’s ears, create the 3D files, then 3D print them in the desired colour/silicon material. Not the box thing that comes with as far as I’m aware a piece of card you hang over your ears and take pictures of them and upload them in the app for the AI to recognise. So I ordered Christmas Day, and it’s been 10 days (with a couple weekends/bank holidays) and my order (#11770) still says ‘processing’ Not angry, just a little disappointed, but it’s my own fault for probably reading the delivery times wrong. Since people have had issues with notifications from Snugs (I read here that some people got email notifications the Snugs were on their way when they had already arrived etc) Snugs, can you confirm how long it should be taking to ship the Snugs box out? I can’t wait to get them, but I haven’t even had the chance to get them made so far and I have wireless Sony XM4s which still remain pretty much unused as they don’t fit my ears no matter what.
I lost my Zen Snuggs in the process of moving. A desperate email led to me having a replacement pair in an unbelievably brief period of time. The outstanding products of Snuggs are matched by their customer service commitment. A true pleasure to deal with.
OMG!!! Snugs customer service is amazing!!! I lost my ancient pair of Snugs just before Christmas and called them and spoke to Emma, she has just emailed me to say that my replacement Snugs will be dispatched today!!! Emma has gone above and beyond the call of duty to get them to me ASAP.... Love my Snugs! I don't want to be without them!...
Appalling customer Service. 12 Weeks and still not received my earplugs. As per previous reviewers, Snugs.Com customer relations do not exist, they do not respond to emails and trying to speak to someone is very difficult. To get my impressions done, the company insinuated it was my fault I had to wait over six weeks for them to be taken (the audiologist told me she couldn't understand why, she had lots of availability). And then to rub salt in the wound, snugs.com trot out the same tired old excuses, we are too busy, and that something went wrong and your ear plugs needed to be done again, 12 weeks and still waiting. And similar to other reviews, once you do get them on the phone, they do not listen they just talk over you. Just appalling.
Love the product however finding somewhere to have my ear impression done outside of work hours took a bit of time. Communication from Snugs was a bit confusing e.g. I was sent a message saying that my Snugs had been dispatched after I had in fact already received them. Support answered a question I had about the product promptly.
I’m thrilled with my SnugsPro tips for my Beats earphones. Finally - something that stays in my ears! Great customer service too. Thanks Emma!

As a professional musician who has had extensive corrective surgery on his ears due to childhood deafness, when I needed to get IEM's in 2017, I knew custom fit was the only way to go. A local company a few mins away from me refused to help me due to my surgeries and actually threw my impressions away! So, I contacted Snugs and it was the best thing I ever did. They offered to help straight away and sent me my first pair. These things DO NOT FALL OUT, no matter how crazy I go onstage! They have continued to help me ever since, even replacing my first pair when they got stolen on tour. I'm very happy with my Snugs IEM's and my Snugs for my Sennheiser Momentum II earbuds and plan on going back for more pairs in the future!
I was fed up of all the previous earphones I had tried not staying in, as a cyclist who trains and rides a lot this was a nightmare. I was then recommended Snugs. Ive not looked back since, in all the training/racing i’ve done not once have they let me down and yes they’ve stayed in place. Fit and comfort is great, personalise to your taste is another nice touch. They may seem expensive but you won’t be disappointed. Probably the best earphones you can buy!
I was always having problems with earbuds not fitting properly. Snugs solved the problem. This is my second set. Very expensive for what you get but I now don’t have to worry about losing earbuds while I go for a run.
I've already got the SnugsPro with my Bose SoundSport for a year now and I really enjoy when I go for a run. I am not worried about them falling out of my ears. I've recently ordered some SnugsMoto (Music) and SnugsMoto (Protect) and the company where really friendly and help me out to ensure they were the right fit. I've ridden a couple of times and no complaints with the helmets on, it didn't bother me at all! I could wear them all day long! It does reduce the wind and engine noise which make a big difference on long rides. A must have, if you want to preserve your ears! Also, you can still hear!
I had my snugs stolen, and snugs were very prompt in replacing them new ones for only a fraction off the price. I used my original scan on the file system they fitted perfectly. Thank you snugs. Mr A Penton Norwich,
